Insurance Excess
All vehicles are covered with comprehensive insurance. If CDW (collision damage waiver) is not availed, an
insurance excess per claim of Dhs. 1000/-. This is only applicable in the events of all accidents where either the
customer is at fault or where a police report with a 3rd party cannot be produced.

Mileage:
Any additional kilometers on top of the quoted amount will be charged at 35fils per km pro rata.

Penalty clause
If you do decide to cancel or terminate the lease contract early or after an LPO has been issued, we will have to
impose a penalty of 3 months rental.

Temporary Vehicle (Pre-lease)

The new vehicle will be delivered to you within 5-7 business working days upon receiving your order. We can
provide an alternative vehicle to use while your order is being processed.

Replacement Vehicle
In the event of a normal service or break down, a similar specification replacement vehicle will be provided
(Subject to availability).

Violations
Fines or violations imposed by the RTA or relevant UAE authorities will be invoiced with an additional 10% service
charge.

Off-Road Liability/Charges
Insurance does not cover off road usage of the vehicle and the customer will be liable for damage caused and
charges arising out of such use.
