TFTC would like to propose AsterCC for Call Center System that offer customer
customize development so it will allow to integrate with CRM that provide API
integration. Therefore Project-SalesAchiever also provide API to integrate.
1. How AsterCC work with CRM
When AsterCC receive an incoming call, first it look to the number that call in,
and check if there are information in the CRM regarding to that number as the
reference.
If so, the information will pop up to the Call Center Agent Supervisor, If not,
Call Center Supervisor need to fill in the information to the Pop Up, and the
information will save to the CRM.
AsterCC will provide report of customer call in CDR, or Voice Call Record,
Voice Mail, and Missed Call etc.

Base on diagram above, customer call to TF Number 1800 20/21 2727 that setup
in AsterCC Call Center,
- AsterCC will process all call to the Queue and check each number into the CRM
to pop up the customer information

- Agent Supervisor Create One Work Order according to customer call result

- Agent at Branch A receive the notification message from Agent from head office
- So Agent at Branch A start to do their work according to the work order that
send to him (Please see the work order detail in next slide)

How Work Order process to Printer Out to each branch Printers ?
By this current version of AsterCC it will not support with print option but it still
can use this feature with other way:
- Ctrl + P
- Use Screen Capture Software such as snagit

With snagit, Call Center Supervisor will easy to send the work order to printer at
each office, just click on key PRTSC on the computer key board and select the work
order area and ready to send to printer.
