Affidavit of Facts

A Matter Must be expressed for being resolved. In Commerce TRUTH is Sovereign.

Truth must be expressed in the form an Affidavit. An Affidavit not rebutted stands as the truth in
Commerce. An Affidavit not rebutted after 30 days, becomes the judgement in commerce. A Truth
Affidavit / Affidavit of Facts, under commercial law, can only be satisfied by: Truth Affidavit
rebutted-point for point, by payment, by agreement, by resolution or by Common law rules, by a
jury.

Equality under the law is paramount and Mandatory by Law.

Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent, Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal.

Fact. 1
During my first year of study in the latter part of the 2014 calendar year, regarding the concept of
Declaring Ones Nationality, I decided that Taj Tarik Bey was the most knowledgeable Moor
available for guidance. Although I was not interested in the religious aspect of identifying myself as a
Muslim, Taj has stated that his affiliation with the Moorish Science Temple of America was primarily
following the lessons taught by the Prophet Noble Drew Ali and was not concerned with the religious
beliefs of an individual. After making the commitment to declare and proclaim my nationality as a
Moor under the Moorish Divine and National Movement with the Moorish Science Temple of America,
I discovered a major contradiction. The MSTA is a 501c3 organization. Listed as Moorish Science
Temple Of America Inc. 3806 Hayes St. Ne Apt. 3 Washington, DC 20019-1806. This means this
organization is a part of the corporate United States of America, of which I seek to remove myself
entirely. As a result of this major violation of ethics and overall failure to reveal the proper status of
the MSTA, I want to cease all contracts originally signed. See Exhibit A for copies of the Legal Notice
Name Declaration, Correction Proclamation and Publication signed by myself and two witnesses.

Fact 2
After completing and submitting the required notarized documents with two witness signatures for
Name Declaration, Correction and Proclamation, I requested information on travel and ID cards
authorized by MSTA. Both were purchased for a fee of $50 and based upon the literature available,
the ID card could be used if stopped by a person described as a police officer. while traveling in ones
personal automobile. To the contrary, in September 2015, I was stopped by officers and upon
request for a driver license, I gave the officer my MTSA ID card. The officer refused to accept the
card as proper ID and proceeded to physically remove me from my vehicle. I was removed from my
vehicle and handcuffed for the first time in my life. This traumatic experience is directly related to
misinformation associated with the ID card issued by MSTA.
Fact 3
The stated use by MSTA of the travel card, purchased along with the ID card was an ability to use
when traveling outside the United States. Unfortunately my purchased airfare on JetBlue airlines for
travel from Los Angeles, CA to the Dominican Republic during the Thanksgiving week of 2015 was
not permitted. When checking into the airport for travel, I gave the JetBlue personnel my MSTA
travel card in lieu of a valid US passport. Describing myself as a Moor with rights to travel within the
countries on the land of my ancestors, the JetBlue staff spent nearly an hour in discussions with
airline supervisors before informing me that I would not be able to travel with only the MSTA card
and no valid US passport. So, despite having purchased a nonrefundable round trip plane ticket, I
could not board the plane and was not permitted to fly. For the organization to give its members the
misperception that the travel card could be used as ID for International travel was the cause for a
very costly and unpleasant experience that could have been avoided. See Exhibit B for the copies of
the Jet Blue flight itinerary.
Fact 4
In its Moors Civic Services brochure from the Moorish Heritage History School on Why & How To 1.
Utilize in Lieu of W-4, 2. Not Use Social Security, 3. Deny Court Appointed Attorneys, the inside
cover has a quote from Taj Tarik Bey. Municipal Ordinances, and Statutes, etc. DO NOT supersede
the Secured Rights of the Natural People, set forth in the Constitution. Taj and the MSTA
organization continues to teach its members of the importance in the use of the Constitution for
resolving matters pertaining to the rights of indigenous people; although the U.S. constitution has

Conclusion
Great Seal / MSTA etc when mentioning constitution for the united states of America, are committing
treason by Accepting Federal Reserve Notes(a Private note from a Private Bank, which does not have
an oath to support or defend the constitution of the united states) thus are committing treason see:
Article 1 Section 10 Constitution for the united states of America and the 1917 Trading with the
enemy act( Title 50A USC).

Relief Sought
All proceeds , products, fixtures which may have been used to create a security that may be traded
on the stock market/ fidelity investments returned to me. This is not limited to Principle and Interest
in the temples/ organizations which may have a 5013, to be distributed to ALL members and
DISSOLUTION of the organization/temple/etc. Should the Temple/Organziation not have adequate
finances, then the organization is to be dissolved.

Lack of written response, no written response, acquiescence will be accepted as tacit consent and
agreement to all facts stated in this Affidavit.

Using a notary on this document does not constitute any adhesion, nor does it alter my Indigenous
standing in any manner. The Purpose for notary is verification and identification purposes only and
not for entrance into any foreign jurisdiction as an advantage for Settlers, Confederates, Europeans,
Caucasians, Amorites, Canaanites, Corporations and fictitious entities to implement corporate laws,
fictitious codes and commercials contracts over my Natural Indigenous / Autochthonous Flesh and
Blood, Melaninite Body.
