1. Please print this page! Only visa applicants with this appointment receipt will be
admitted to the Embassy.
2. You are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
3. Any person arriving more than 15 minutes after the appointment time will not
be received at the Embassy and will have to make a new appointment.
4. Before coming to your appointment, you should ensure that you have all the
documents required to lodge your visa application.
5. The visa application form should already be filled out and duly signed twice.

With the enclosed checklist you can check if you have prepared all the required
documents.

All applicants of 12 years and older need to appear in person for the collection of their
fingerprints. These fingerprints will be stored in the VIS database for a period of 59
months. For subsequent applications within this period of 59 months the fingerprints
can be re-used from the VIS database and can the personal appearance be waived.

Visa fees:
Normal price: EUR 60,- to be paid in IDR according to rate

Children between 6 12 years old: EUR 35,- to be paid in IDR according to rate
