Our universal cabinet dryers have been designed with
optimal distribution of hot air, which allows for

(INOX EN 1.4301, AISI 304). The chamber contains
a total of 25 trays. The trays' bottom is made out of
perforated sheet metal (5x5 mm perforations) which
allows drying of numerous raw goods, starting with
larger pieces like plums, all the way to variety of
fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and herbs. The
construction of the trays allows the implementation of
HACCP system and guarantees the production of
healthy food.

The user interface consists of a high resolution color


touch screen. Easy to use and visually appealing it
enables the user to easily select process type, various
recipes, as well as to overlook all the relevant
parameters of the drying process, such as air
temperature, relative and absolute humidity, selected
recipe, estimate of the remaining moisture content in
the fruit, time left before the end of the process, ecs In

The control cabinet is made entirely out of high


quality SIEMENS low-voltage switchgear and
protection equipment, with implementation of our
vast experience in this field. All the circuits are
protected with miniature circuit breakers. The fan is
also protected by means of an electronic thermal relay
(overload protection).
