DRINK-A-POOLZA

2-12 PLAYERS
THE OBJECT OF THE GAME is to fill your empty 6-PACK game piece with Mini
Bottles that are awarded throughout the game. Bottles are awarded through mini-
games designated by a bottle image on the board.

Preparation: To begin you will need to assemble the game board by following the
DRINK CUP ASSEMBLY directions found below. You will need: 1 quarter (not
included), 3 red cups, 2 Ping-Pong balls, one die and a deck of standard playing
cards. Place one red cup in the center of the board on the DRINK CUP spot. Set
aside the other two cups for playing FLIP CUP. A comfortable amount of your favorite
beverage is poured in the DRINK CUP. Place the deck of cards face down on the deck
of cards spot. How to Play: Each player chooses an empty 6-pack holder and begins
on the space marked START (Make A Rule). To begin the game, one player will SPIN
THE BOTTLE. Whoever the Bottle is pointed to will begin the game by rolling the die.
After the first person goes, the game order moves clockwise. Whatever the number
rolled is the amount of spaces the player will move. Throughout the game you will
be either drinking or passing out an amount of Sips to other players. Depending
on how you want to play, players can also count the amount of Sips in
Seconds. Sips and counting the amount of Sips in Seconds are discretionary.
Gameplay always defers to the House Rules meaning the owner of the
game/house gets the final say on how the game is played and which type you use.
Partner Game Play: You may partner up with people by sharing the 6-pack game
pieces allowing up to 12 people to play. When partnering up, certain games will be
play with multiple people. For example, you can play FLIP CUP, BEER PONG, and
QUARTERS by simply adding more cups (your typical keg cup is ideal), Ping-Pong
balls or Quarters and rotating partners throughout the mini competitions.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO WIN BOTTLES

When you land on these spaces, you choose another player to compete against by
Spinning the Bottle located in the middle of the board. Whoever the Bottle is
pointing to will be your opponent. Whoever wins the mini competition is awarded a
Mini Bottle and places that Mini Bottle into their 6-PACK game piece.

FLIP CUP

The first person to win in a round of FLIP CUP (act of flipping a red cup over from
right side up to top side down after consuming whats in the cup) is awarded a Mini
Bottle. House Rules will decide whether the game is played as a 1 cup, 2 cup or 3
cup challenge. (Note: This game is played on a separate surface from the board
game.)

BEER PONG
The first person to sink a Ping-Pong ball from a good distance (roughly 9 feet) into
the center DRINK CUP is awarded a Mini Bottle. The loser of the game must drink
whatever is in the DRINK CUP. Allowing Rebuttals (fair-ups) are up to the owner of
the game who creates the House Rules. Players take a step forward after
each round of tosses and continue to take an additional step thereafter until they
are 3 feet away from the CUP. If neither player can make the Ping-Pong into the
center DRINK CUP from 3 feet, the player who landed on the spot will SPIN THE
BOTTLE to determine the winner of the Mini Bottle. Whoever the Bottle is pointing to
wins the Mini Bottle. This includes all players playing Drink-A-Palooza, not just the
two playing BEER PONG. Moving up a step each time a round is missed helps to
speed the game along, however, Professional BEER PONG players are welcome to
continue shooting from the 9 foot line until the Ping-Pong ball is made.

QUARTERS

The first person to bounce a quarter into the center DRINK CUP is awarded a Mini
Bottle. The loser of the game must drink whatever is in the DRINK CUP. Rebuttals
are allowed depending on House Rules. Note: Depending on the playing surface,
you may not want to use a Quarter for this game. If you prefer not to use a Quarter
when you land on this space, you can substitute the quarter for a Ping-Pong Ball.
The rules above stay the same while bouncing the Ping-Pong ball into the center
DRINK CUP. Remember to make sure there is enough counter space around the
board in order to bounce the Ping-Pong ball. Players may also want to designate
how many rounds of QUARTERS will be played and missed before the players must
forfeit the game. If there are a limited amount of turns, the player who landed on
the spot will SPIN THE BOTTLE to determine the winner of the Mini Bottle. Whoever
the Bottle is pointing to wins the Mini Bottle. This includes all players playing Drink-
A-Palooza, not just the two playing QUARTERS.

DEFINITION OF A REBUTTAL

A Rebuttal is easily described as a players fair-ups. In QUARTERS, after the player

is initially successful at bouncing the quarter into the cup, the other player will
receive one Rebuttal. If the player makes their Rebuttal shot the game starts
over. If the player misses their Rebuttal shot, they must drink the DRINK CUP and
the other player is awarded a Mini Bottle. Allowing Rebuttals are established in the
House Rules and also may apply to BEER PONG.

START (Make A Rule)

During game play, if you land on the START (Make A Rule) space, you are entitled to
make a rule for the entire rest of the game.Everyone MUST adhere to the Rule you
made. The following Rules are only examples; any rule may be made, so be
creative. Example (1) of a Rule: Thumb rule: When the player Thumb Master (who
made this rule) secretly places their thumb on the table the other players must do
the same. The last person to place their thumb on the table must drink until the
Thumb master puts his thumb down; Example (2) of a Rule: Anytime someone says
Drink, Drank, or Drunk, you must take a Sip. Etc.)

WATERFALL

Everyone playing Drink-a-Palooza participates in WATERFALL. To start a WATERFALL,

everyone begins drinking their own beverage at the same time. When the player
who started the WATERFALL stops drinking, the 2nd player in line may stop, then
the 3rd may stop drinking, then the 4th player may stop, then the next, and so on.
(Note: A player beginning the WATERFALL may drink for however long as they feel
necessary during the WATERFALL. * WATERFALL is played when a player lands on
the WATERFALL space, an Ace Card in KINGS is drawn or when leaving the DRUNK
TANK after a 1 is rolled on the die.)

DRINK CUP

When you land on this space, you must drink the center red cup known as the
DRINK CUP and refill upon completion. It is up to you to pour as little or as much as
you would like.

GO TO THE DRUNK TANK

When you land on this space, your game piece is moved across the board to the
DRUNK TANK space located below WATERFALL. You must stay in the DRUNK TANK
until you roll a 1 on the die. You have 3 chances to roll a 1 per turn. If a 1 is not
rolled in these 3 chances, it is the next players turn. If you roll a 1 you get out of
the DRUNK TANK and your game piece is placed on the WATERFALL space. At this
time you begin a WATERFALL (See WATERFALL for instructions). If you do not roll a
1 on your 3rd consecutive turn, you are automatically let out of the DRUNK TANK.
The number you last rolled on the die is the number of spaces you will move
beginning with the WATERFALL space.

BLACK/RED CARD

When you land on this space, you draw a card from the deck. If the color on the card
matches the color on the space you are on, then you pass out the amount of Sips
listed on the card. If the card you choose is not the same color, you will consume
the amount of Sips yourself. The amount of Sips can be divided up between
multiple players. (All Face Cards are worth 10 Sips.)

POUR IN DRINK CUP

When you land on this space, you pour a comfortable amount of your beverage into
the center DRINK CUP. It is up to you to pour as little or as much as you would like.
Remember, you may be the person that has to drink this cup!

BOOZE YOUR TURN

When you land on this space, you take 1 Sip. You do not lose your next turn.

SOCIAL

When you land on this space, everyone cheers and takes a Sip of their own drink.

SPIN THE BOTTLE

When you land on this space, you must spin the bottle-shaped spinner located in
the middle of the board. Whoever the Bottle is pointing to when the Bottle stops,
must drink for the amount of Sips indicated on that space. If the Bottle is pointing
to you then you must drink that amount of Sips located on that space. (Note:
Some House Rules include the player spinning the bottle will also kiss the player
that the Bottle is pointing to. Please use proper discretion if this is added to the
game.)

3MAN

When you land on this space, you are declared 3MAN. Whenever a three is rolled by
any of the players, the 3MAN must drink 1 Sip. The 3MAN isno longer 3MAN when
the 3MAN rolls a 3 or another player lands on the 3MAN spot.

HIGH / LOW

Everyone playing Drink-A-Palooza participates in HIGH/LOW. When you land on the

HIGH/LOW space you will draw a card. The player to your left will guess if next card
drawn will be higher or lower than the last. This player will then draw a card. If the
person is correct, the game continues to the next person in rotation. HIGH/LOW
continues until someone is incorrect. When an incorrect guess is given, that player
will take as many Sips as there were cards drawn. Drawing the same number as
the prior card results in a loss.

STEAL A BOTTLE

When you land on this space, you will take a Mini Bottle piece from any other player
awarded a Mini Bottle during one of the three mini competitions. (FLIP CUP, BEER
PONG, QUARTERS)
