No claim or advice given herein cures disease.
REASONS FOR WRITING THIS BOOKLET
Section 1:

Often asked if a small booklet exists, for giving to friends

seeking information on Natural Hygiene.
A few books do exist written mainly for those who already know
something about Natural Hygiene and who understand meanings
of its words and ideas.
Newcomers often find these books hard to understand. So, it
seems useful to write something that even children could
understand.
This booklet tries to tell readers about Natural Health
simply, and what value comes from learning it.
It tries not to use long or difficult words hoping to make
Natural Hygiene's meaning clear.

Section 2:
This section deals simply with naturopathy's refutation of germ
theory.
TELL ME SIMPLY
Some writers on Natural Hygiene Health may not have made their
message clear enough.
They sometimes use long complex technical words, that few
people use normally.
This results in making Natural Hygienes approach to
health often hard to understand.
People can become confused and find Natural Healing too
complicated and hard for them to follow.
If this happens, it seems a pity because Natural Health remains
easy to understand, and not too hard to follow.
Natural Health means:
Natural Health gets called a blanket term. It covers
several things.
Two things we find interest in at present - Natural Living and
Natural Healing.
Natural Health means two things:
Way to keep healthy and,
Way to get your health back when sick.
Natural Health covers how we can keep healthy and how sick
people can get well again.
Having said that, when people adopt this Natural way to health
instead of using medical ways, so well known...

Two systems of health exist.

One called medical system and
The other called natural system.
In medical system many sorts of substances and treatments get
used with an idea of getting and keeping health.
In medical system a custom takes medicines or does things
designed to stop us from becoming sick.
If already sick, substances called medicines get advised to
use to make us well.
Injections get used extensively with an aim of immunising us
so we will not 'catch' sickness.
When talking about medicines, it means EACH medicine that can
get taken to cure a symptom.
These may include homeopathic, herbal, flower, vitamin, as well as
allopathic (pharmaceutical/medical)
In this system called Natural Health medicines do not ge used.
Nature say that human bodies vector towards health.
Healthy occurs naturally. If sick, we have done something to
create sickness.
It will also keep healthy if cared for properly.
It will heal itself (if it becomes sick) if looking after it
properly.
If looking after our body correctly and keeping ourselves
healthy, this gets called Natural Living.
If caring for our body correctly when sick, this gets called
Natural Healing.
Several names have gotten given to Natural Healing such as:
- Nature Cure,
- Naturopathy and
- Natural Hygiene,
They stand for this one thing: simple healing without
medicines.
How do human bodies keep themselves healthy? Do special
things that we 'have to' exist to do so we will not become ill?
Humans like other animals need certain things to live and remain
healthy.
Needing clothing and shelter to protect us against rain, wind,
dust, heat and cold.
Needing security so other animals will not attack and kill us.
Needing a special kind of food, which exists adapted to us.
Needing of keeping our bodies clean.
Needing exercise and rest.
Needing restful sleep.
Needing suitable surroundings and a happy disposition.
Of course, also needing suitable work, recreation, sports
and amusements to make life enjoyable.
When combining these things, it makes up what we call our life
style.
Life-style remains important because what kind of life led has
much to do with our health.
Many millions of people have poor standards of health, and
suffer from many diseases because an incorrect life-style.

By changing our life-style, possiblities for better health occur.

Sick peoptrecover their lost health this way.

If true, that what life-style we have plays an important on our
health.
Life-styles, followed by most people, in our view seem quite
incorrect and harmful.
People eat non-foods.
People eat too much food.
People eat too many meals, and
People eat between meals.
People do not keep their bodies clean.
People do not get enough vigorous exercise. Some people
do get some exercise, but not vigorous enough to keep
healthy with.
People do not expose their naked bodies to direct
sunlight often enough.
People keep late nights and do not get enough rest.
Some employ doing unpleasant work under most
unsuitable conditions of heat, cold, dust, noise and
vibration.
More and more people take addictive drugs.
Air gets poisoned by gases from motor cars and
factories.
These exist but a few things, which make for a negative
disatistactory life-style.
In a positivly satisfactory life-style we:
Eat frugivorus foods suitable to our body.
Keep our bodies clean.
Exercise regularly and vigorously enough to keep our
muscles in a healthy condition.
Get enough restful sleep to enable us to recover from
prior work.
Our work suits our individual tastes and has
pleasant surroundings.
These things hold importance in this life-style.
We say that a detrimental life-style will produce ill-health, while a
productive life-style produces health.
Now, what do we do if already sick?
Can Natural healing help to get our health back?
It can and that remains a reason that many people who have
tried each other thing turn to Natural Healing.
Those people who have tried he medical system's stuff realise
that they have not a thing to lose by trying this natural way of
healing.
In a natural way of life eachy animal lives in its natural state.

Animals obey natural law.

Mankind also has a natural way of life but unfortunately we have
chosen to depart from that way of life, and now live a life-style not
in our interests.
Mankind slowly ruins its health, building disease and shortening
thir lives via an unnatural way of life.
Bby adopting a natural way of life, man becomes healthier and,
barring accident would stay healthy to a ripe old age.

In health, our body has certain needs - discussed above in

this booklet.
In sickness, our body needs these things also.
What helps a healthy body also helps a sick body. But, that
seems not quite enough. A sick body needs more than this.
Natural Healing has certain rules to follow.
A cause occurs for each illness.
Firstly it requires removing this cause before we can start to
get well.
No matter what cause, remove it.
If doing something harms us we first stop doing this self
destructive thing.
We cannot get well while still doing things which caused our
sickness.
Although this sounds sensible, many people disregard these
simple facts.
A sick person CANNOT GET WELL AGAIN while they continue
to do things, which cause them sickness.
1. So, a first rule to learn in Natural Healing: remove causes of
our illnesses.
Note: It gets stated many times in business and personal development
seminars that if we continue repeativily doing things, we get no different
results.
2. A second rule in Natural Healing: provide bodies with what
things they need, like shelter, warmth, comfort and other
things in a natural life-style.
3. A third rule in Natural Healing: provide sick bodies with
rest. Three kinds of rest exist, and when combined get
called Fasting. We need:
- Physical rest
- Mental rest
- And another kind called physiological rest.
Physical rest gets secured by lying on a comfortable bed, and
not using our muscles more than necessary.
Mental rest rests our mind. By keeping our mind free of worry,
fear and tension.
We also need that third kind of rest, called, physiological rest. By
taking no food other than water, sunlight and air. Solid food gets
avoided during Fasting. When going without food our body rests its
digestive organs, and these usually hard-working organs get a
much-needed rest.
These three simple rules, which animals on earth obey when
ill.
This applies to animals living in natural states.
Domesticated animals often get forced to accept medical
treatments against their will.
These three simple rules form a foundation of Natural Healing.
No remedies or medicines exist in Natural Healing.
Nature provides no remedies for animals, birds or fish, and nature
has also not provided a remedy for human beings.
Animals use nature to restore lost health when ill.
This method sufficient for animals and also sufficient for man as
well.
In fact, it gets often found that this natural method of healing will
enable a seriously ill person to get well again, even after medical
methods have gotten tried unsuccessfully.
This tragedy occurs often because, natural methods get tried
mearly as a last resorts, after much valuable time has gotten
lost, while disease progressed too far.
Now having briefly explained Natural Health leaving a rough
knowing about what Natural Living's meaning, and knowledge
about Natural Healing's meaning.
Readers might find interest in learning things about natural life-
style's importance. If readers believes it natural to have health and
that natural wayd of life for human beings exists, just as does for
animals, then a next step in learning how do to change wrong life-
styles into a correct natural life-style.

Most get first introduction to this natural way of life through

taking an interest in foods they eat.
Over the last 50 years a high upsurge of interest in food
occured.
People've become more aware of quality food's importance.

They become diet conscious.

It seems apparent that certain foods, remain unsuitable, and
positively harmful.
Natural health movement has led a campaign to educate
people about their food needs.
Foods man trys to live on can't get considered foods.

With very low to no food content.

Foods eaten for taste, without regard for their harmful nature.

These foods would better get called non-foods.

A perspn who values their health could not eat them.
Then, foods, wholesome and in their original state, but changed
into something unwholesome by cooking, freezing and or
irradiating them.
These foods get preserved, coloured, flavoured and
adulterated by use of chemicals or harmful processes.
These foods also can't get eaten by people who wish to
maintain health.
Ed Note: FDA now allows over 5,000 chemicals into foods

Lastly, foods exist not proper food of man.

Man has eaten carcases of animals, birds and fish that remain
properly a natural food of other animals.
They do not get considered as human fooda but rather as
substitutes for it and man has more health if not eating those.
Think about some non-foods - things with no food value.

Man eats such chemical concoctions as tea, coffee, cocoa,

alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, salt, pepper, vinegar, sauces, curry,
and mustard.
We would feel better if we discarded these non-foods.

They have no food value and harmful potentials

Also many foods, have gotten so highly refined that things of
value, which may have originally been in them, has been taken
out.
Grains such as wheat, corn and rice have particularly gotten
affected by excessive refinement.
These foods, in their natural state, remain quality foods, but
when refined, become poor harmful foods ones.
Sugar another food, that, in its natural state, get considered as
an important part of food. When refined into white sugar it
becomes one of the more harmful commodities eaten by
hamans. Negative upon general health, particularly harmful
towards teeth, as a main cause of tooth decay.
One with regard for health shall not eat refined (white) flour
or refined (white) sugar.
Consider foods, that could get cosndered healthy foods, but often
get ruined by processing.
Fruits & vegs exist as mans optimal biologicly designed foods.
Those wishing for radiant health make raw fruit and raw
vegetables their daily intake of food.
Eaten raw, these foods remain wholesome but when frozen,
cooked & irradiated become second-rate so-called-foods.
It remains generally unknown about how foods like fruit and
vegetables get destroyed during processing.
Manufacturers subject these so-called-foods to high or low
temperatures.
These practices reduce food value of what once existed
wholesome food.
Fruits and vegetables, once foods in their fresh raw state, have
gotten reduced to lifeless foods-like-stuffs unfit for human
consumption.
A diet of an average person consists of lifeless products in
bottles, cans and packets.
Does it seem a suprize that health & fitness standards
rapidly fall?
A first important step readers can take in adopting a more natural
way of life happens by discarding harmful so-called-foods and
replacing them with a diet of living foods in states as near to
natural whole fresh ripe and seasonal state as possible.
This means a raw diet.
Man exists as a sole animal upon this earth whom applies
cookery to their 'foods'?
In begining stages eat as much raw fruit and vegetables as
possible.
Reduce cookery to a minimum, ideally elliminate.
A small booklet this size and scope could not possibly cover this
whole field of natural foods.
Fortunately, other books exist to make enquiries about where this
this booklet got obtained.
Ask to get shown books, that cover more on this key
subject. Give some thought to other factors in our life style
that contribute to higher health.
Correct food remains quite important because we get made of
food we eat, but other factors, merit our attention too.
Exercise as an important ingredient in a natural life-style.
Exercise having gotten neglected due to the growth in popularity
of motor cars.
Autos once a gift have now become a obstruction.
Many people imagine they get enough when they do not.

The sum total of their exercise seems reaching across a dinner

table for a sauce-bottle or switching on a TV.
Others do get more exercise. Even walking to get into their car to
drive to work! While mankind worships cars not much hope exists
for a higher level of fitness to occur.
Rest - another important factor in a natural life-style. Late nights
and lack of rest take their toll eventually. Restful sleep remains a
prime need for our health.
Noise and vibration slowly but surely increase. Music has
largely replaced by a tremendous thunder of loudspeakers
pumping out what can get called by some: noise.
As nervous systems of listeners slowly deteriorate, amplifiers
turn up even higher to satisfy those people who gradually
become more and more deaf and whose nervous systems get
destroyed by this substitute for music, found so common today.
One factor in a quality life-style remains Mental Poise.
To enjoy, and take advantage of what benefits healthy living
provides, one shall attain mental poise.
Mental poise?
- a condition of balance, stability and self-control.
In promising not to use long words one word remains irresistable
in a case such as this: Equanimity.
A beautiful word that expresses a condition of steadiness,
composure and calmness under most trying circumstances.
Equanimity represents mental poise!
Mental poise may get cultivated by adopting a positive,
optimistic and constructive attitude of mind in our daily life.
Negative thoughts, those based on pessimism, despair, fear and
destructiveness cause nervous tension.
Positive thoughts based on optimism, courage and
constructiveness promote relaxation.
Tension causes poor circulation of blood and nerve force.
Relaxation favours efficient circulation.
Looking back over what has gotten said, it becomes clear that
two distinctly different life-styles present themserves to us.
One am orthodox lifestyle based on a principle that one can do
almost what they would like so as long as taking certain medical
precautions.
In an orthodox life-style their motto exists, A little of what you
fancy will do you 'good'.
- "Tobacco smoking wont hurt you unless you smoke too
much.
- Alcohol is a socially-acceptable habit which wont hurt you
unless you drink to excess.
Those who advocate this life-style say that we should have
immunising injections and vaccinations against Polio, Diphtheria,
German measles, Smallpox, Cholera, Yellow Fever and Influenza.
If one shows signs of illness they should consult a medical
doctor who will prescribe an appropriate remedy.
If an organ is unhealthy a surgeon should remove it.
This is the orthodox approach to health.
We say this approach to health remains unsatistactory.
A natural way of life embraces a life-style opposite to an
orthodox life-style.
Saying harmful habits such as tobacco smoking, alcohol
drinking and drug taking shall get abstained from.
As they remain unnecessary and hazardous.
Natural Hygiene attest that humans eat foods and drinks that suit
their bodies.
Those also getting enought sunshine, fresh air, vigorous exercise
and regular rest and who maintain an optimistic, positive and
constructive attitude of mind provide normal natural requirements
of humans.
As humans puts into action these practices they enjoy higher
potential levels of health and appart from accidents can attain a
healthy happy old age free from sickness and worry.
But, even with these things our bodies need something else.
They need Intelligence and Willpower.
Intelligence to see through to truths of claims that health remains
attainable and that it seems natural for human beings to get
healthy and possible to restore lost health by taking time if causes
of ill-health get removed and if rational nursing methods get
employed.
Willpower seems also necessary enabling a putting into practice
of these truths which our intelligence has discovered.
Self-discipline gets seen as necessary to enable an application
of what strength of will seems needed to reject these century
old habits and to replace them with health promoting lifestyle
habits discussed prior.
A life-style exists, which promises no more than but a
maintenance of our present state of sub-standard health, high
incidence of disease and premature death. This life-style results
in ill-health and misery.
Another life-style based on the undeniable truths of nature exists.
It comes about from a natural way of life which requires
Intelligence and Willpower promising a higher standard of health, a
longer life free from worry of disease and a greater measure of
happiness.
Take these few facts into consideration.
Very large misconceptions exist abroad today about
Natural Health.
It appears as quackery to some people.
One would think, to read some newspaper articles, that most
'any'thing and 'every'thing, not currently accepted by the medical
profession, gets considered natural.
Not so.
Understand clearly that quackery masquerading as Natural
Health exists as no such thing.
No thing seems natural about Acupuncture. Pushing needles into
a sick person's skin will not correct their faulty life-style.
Taking herbal remedies exists a another form of superstition
which masquerades as a natural form of treatment. But remains
no such thing.
Herbalism has no thing in common with Natural Healing. It comes
as simply a wolf in sheep's clothing. Medicine under another
name.
Each mineral and vitamin supplements so 'popular' today remains
a pathetic effort to offset unhygienic living habits, which pill-taking
people seem too weak to give up. Taking pills under guise of a
natural treatment admits this consumer has too much weakness
to do what they know to remove causes of their sickness.
Various occult treatments such as Radionics, Pyramids and
Orgone accumulators exist toys to appeal to those too weak to
face a hard fact of life:
Health cannot get bought, it must get BUILT.
These things get told to warn of those exploiting Natural Health
movement that readily pounce upon those unwary and unless
warnings gets given in time, much hard-earned money would get
wasted on treatments which remain not more than expensive and
useless entertainments and potential slighter enervation.
Now, to get more technical.

What actually CAUSES ill health?

Do germs or viruses play an important part in ill health?
Or, does bad luck play a part?
Do diseases just come without warning, with no apparent
reason?
Let me say briefly that these theories remain incorrect.
Disease, not caused by accident, or obvious poisoning, comes
about via TOXAEMIA.
Having done it again and having promised not to use large new
words like that.
Now having used this word, let us explain it.
Really it does not exist as fearsome as it appears.
Toxaemia simply means poisoned blood.
If our blood contains materials which do not belong, it has
gotten poisoned then we wouldd have Toxaemia.
Now, how does blood become poisoned? - Through faulty life-
style barring accidents.
When eating suboptimal 'foods', when we overeat, when eating
too many meals, when taking poisons like tobacco smoke, alcohol
or drugs into our stomachs, a residue comes about of harmful or
poisonous material.
This material enters our bloodstream and causes blood to
become polluted.
This polluted condition, called Toxaemia, in fact
causes disease.
Impropper living habits contribute to this state aswell slowing up
or even completely blocking regular elimination of wastes from
our bodies.
These delterius living habits do this via causing enervation.
There, I have done it again!
Enervation - represents lowering in amount of nerve force.
When nerve force gets lower than normal, our bodies becomes
unable to properly use food we eat, and finds theirselves
unable to easily expodite elimination these wastes, which get
produced eachday with in our human bodies.
Now that we know that a lowering of our blood composition
causes disease.
One can hope that by now readers have a seemingly clear
idea of disease's causes.
Humans try to live under perverted life-styles, not
conducive to theirs health.
What means get used to restore health under and in
Natural Health?
This practice of Natural Healing is oft called Naturopathy.
Those who practice this art of Nature Healing called
Naturopaths, Orthopaths or Natural Hygienists.
Simple direct and effective methods get used.
Listed here written can get read some more important methods:
Fasting: withholding of food - one of these
more important methods.
Dietetics and provision of daily intake of proper foods.
When water gets employed scientifically we call it
Hydrotherapy.
When sunlight gets used in measured doses we call it
Heliotherapy.
Exercise gets used extensively with special exercises
devised to get better results with less effort.
Relaxation techniques get taught to help patients relax and
create favourable conditions for circulation.
Manipulation, such as Osteopathy and Chiropractic, get
used when necessary to help normalize boldily bone
structures.
When these essential methods get used together in a scientific
way this resultant treatment gets called Natural Hygiene.
What hygienists do, their advice or guidance, first and
lastly directs our bodies towards normalisation.

Natural Hygiene says that when conditions in human

bodies normalize, healing takes place automatically.
You have now come to this chapter on Natural Health's ending.
This so far remains but a simple introduction to this whole new
and exciting natural way of life.
There seems so much to learn and we have but lifted a curtain
to give a sneak peek within. Its rules remain few and simple.
The Germ Theory - A Fallacy
Introduction
A pressing need appeals for a booklet setting out what reasons
this Natural Health movement rejects theories that germs and
virusese primarily cause disease(s).
In times past, several books and many zines have gotten
published but one can't get them currently.
To those knowlegeable it gets simply accepted that this germ
theory remains but a fallacy and not much effort gets made to
publicise these many reasons for rejecting this fallacy.
Few exceptions have occured.
In recent years Doctor Glen Dettman of Melbourne has written an
excellent monograph entitled MICROZYMAS PLEASE NOT
BACTERIA, exposing this germ theroie's fallacy.
Perhaps one of more important book on this subject remains
BECHAMP OR PASTEUR, by Ethel Douglas Hume, published
many years ago by C. W. Daniel Co. of London.
In her book Ms Hume goes into great detail and traces history and
development of this germ theory as promoted by well-known Louis
Pasteur and compares it with that Microzyma theory as taught by
the lesser known Professor Antoine Bechamp.
Pasteur plagorized and faked publishind some work of Bechamp
as his own in an inaccurate, distorted and truncated form to give
scientific world at the time an incorrect impression of Bechamp's
discoveries.
Microzyma theory remains a scientific, logical & believable
extension and development of Pasture's incomplete germ theory.
On his deathbed Louis Pasteur recanted and admitted himself
incorrect. He admitted that determining factors in disease
causation existed not bacteria present but terrain or soil in which it
dwelt.
Pasteur said, "Bernard correct: microbe nothing, terrain
everything"
A word of explanation seems necessary in clarifying this
statement of Pasteur's, which may seem otherwise unintelligible.
"Bernard" referred to Claude Bernard, an eminent
physiologist who claimed, in opposition to Pasteur, that
microbe or germ did not a prime factor in causation of disease,
but that "terrain raimed 'all'-important.
By "terrain" he meant what environment or soil or scene of activity
there in which germs had got themselves found.
On his deathbed Louis Pasteur admitted himself mistaken.

Germz, found present at site of most diseases, did not in fact

cause these diseases.
Admitting belatedly that soil in which germs got enabled to survive
and flourish existed all-important as a factor.
Unfortunately, this recantation happened too late and given no
publicity, remained unknown to average people.
This germ theory, which Louis Pasteur had propagated so
assiduously, had become an integral part of medical
theory and practice.
And, that remain our perdiciment today as well.
It remains necessary for those knowlageable to continually
bring other's interested notive ot these truths about this
Pasture and the medical establishment's germ theory.
This little booklet attempts to explain clearly in non-over-technical
language reasons for aware people to reject outright this fallacy
known as "germ theory".
Two Theories
Natural Hyiene has adopted as its cornerstone Toxaemia
philosophy as disease's prime cause.
Toxaemia, as explained in many prior books, exists as a
presence of unwanted, harmful or foreign material in our bodies
bloodstream and tissues.
Toxaemia means, "Poisoned blood".
Medical professionals, on the other hand wedded to their germ
theory.
It holds to a belief that germs, bacteria, microbes or viruses,
remain present which tend to invade bodie as a direct cause of
most disease.
When germs invade bodies thet call it an "infection".
So, 'logically', medical treatment devotes to
administratering drugs, designed to kill these tiny
offending'' organisms.
These drugs poisonous chemicals called Antibiotics, which
destroy living organisms like germs, microbes, bacteria and
viruses.
These organisms we discuss exist as incredibly small and these
infinitesimal beings get credited with have an almost miraculous
power of a capabilityto invade human bodies, to live within them, to
multiply and eventually, to kill a human being which is a million
times larger than these 'invaders' - Altogether a frightening prospect
if true. Fortunately for us this claim remains NOT accurate.
Practitioners, (such as Natural Hygienists) who practice Natural
Healing, do not kill these organisms.
They seek instead to remove CAUSES of disease, and since these
organisms do not get recognised as causes of disease, effort doe
not get made to remove or exterminate them.
Yet, those patients suffering from so-called infectious diseases,
which get thought caused by invading germs, recover speedily
when practitioners ignores germs and proceeds to remove real
causes of disease.
This fact remains concrete proof that disease remain not only
NOT caused primarily by a germ, but that killing of germs
stands as unnecessary.
Natural Hygienists do not deny these microscopic organisms'
existance.
They do not deny that, in some cases, these organisms can
get found in sick persons bodies .
They does deny that they occur as disease's primary cause.
Body tisues unhealthy states stands as primary cause of
disease.
Germ's presence happens secondaroly and depends upon
an unhealthy state of tissue.
Contending that germs but invade already unhealthy
bodies.
Germs do arise within diseased or poisoned organisms and
often thrive on materials / soils favourable to them.
Germs, bacteria, microbes and viruses do not and cannot
invade healthy bodies.
How come?
In order to understand for what reason germs sometimes invade
human bodies and their true role in human health know a few
necessary facts about Biology matters.
Biology exists as a science of living things.
Biologists study living organisms, how they construct, what
they get made up of, how they get made, how they work and
their about favourable environments and living conditions.
Biology teaches that each living organism in our Universe has
some requirements. These we call Biological Require-ments
because they happen as essential foriving things lives to go on.
These biological requirements remain different for different
organisms. Obviously, biological needs of a fish seem quite
different from biological needs of reptiles. And, biological needs of
elephants, quite different from biological needs of trees or shrubs.

Each living organism has apeculiar set of biological requirements

according to its particular structure, composition and function.
Even tiny organisms, called germs, remain not much different from
other living organisms in this Universe. They have certain
essential biological requirements if they want to live and thrive
also.
Germs, like other organisms, need a congenial environment with
proper amounts of light. Germs also needs food. Foods suitable
for germs difers from those types of foods, more potentialy suitable
for some other organism, say like a human.
Foods ideally suited for germs could kill humans.

Conversely food suited for humans would not suit germs either.

Each organism has its own specific needs and thrives better
when these needs get met.
Therefore it does not surprise us that we find germs in unhealthy
human bodies.
These materials, which get found present when human bodies
remain unhealthy, happen to exist those very materials, which
germs find suitable as their food.

Germ's Role
Germs intended function remains to scavenge.
Germs, like other living organisms, constantly look for suitable food
in suitable environments.
In an unhealthy human bodiesgerms finds those things that
they like and need.
Human bodies provide food, absence of light, an ideal
temperature and a presence of moisture in a proper
proportion.
For this reason germs, borne on air, dust, hands and food find
easy access to unhealthy organisms.
Germs exist present around earth in varying quantities according
to what food stuffs occur available to them and to what suitability
of environment gets found or otherwise.
Our atmosphere, earth, food, clothing, homes, shops and
factories exist as potential habitats for these germ buddies.
Germs do exist but not as a threat to humanity, nessisarily.

We suggest that germs DO NOT exist as our enemies or even

potential enemies, but that they remain quite contrarily in reality
OUR FRIENDS.

Environment
Before dealing with explaining germs as our friends and not our
enemies, lets discuss something else appropriate now that we
have gotten this far.
Having made statements inferring that germs but invaded
organisms which provided proper food and a suitable
environment.
Here in gets provided solid proofs for saying so.
Persons can do this simple test in their own homes to prove
or disprove these claims.
By taking two clean garbage cans.
Standing them side by side a slight distance apart.
In garbage can 1 you place a few scraps of decaying food -
leave garbage can 2 as empty.
Put lids on both cans.
Wait several days.
Lift can 1's lid off.
It will get found infested by many types of vermin, flies,
worms and maggots.
Lift garbage can 2's lid off and it will get found clean.

Now, replace their lids and wait for several days more.
When inspecting these cans again it may surprise to find themin a
near identical condition.
Garbage can 1 will get found empty, except possibly for a slight
stain in its bottom where those decaying food scraps once laid.
Garbage can 2, will of course get found empty as before.
Finding no flies in garbage can 1.
Also found: no vermin, worms or maggots.
People having studied biology know happened.
Those invaders of garbage can 1 came as nature's scavengers.
Those flies laid eggs, which became larvae.
Then these larvae consumed what decaying food scraps remains
and then they tranformed into flies and flew away out cracks in
between gaps between lid and can.

Scavengers exist as part of nature's plan to keep this Universe

liveable.
Imagine what our cities and towns, homes, shops and factories
would seem like if garbage collectors failed to make their
regular pick-ups.
Areas we live would get congested with nasty garbage in many
stages of decomposition and life would become hard to tolerable.
These same principles, which apply in nature, apply equally within
our human bodies.
These tiny organisms called germs exist as cosmic garbage
collectors.
But instead of simply taking garbage and tipping it into a lanfill,
our germ allies do an even better job. They eat this garbage and
turn it into compost.
No person would seem so unwise as to murder their garbage
man, so for what reason would we diseire to kill these cosmic
garbage beings, our germ?

Germs Our Friends

Now, letsdeal with those facts that germs pose no enemy, but
rarther potential FRIENDS.
Imagine a world without germs.
We would not have butter, cheese or bread.
We would not have alcohol in its many useful forms.
We could not grow plants, shrubs, grass or trees.
It occurs precisely because of our friendly bacteria in our soil that
plants remain able to use their nutrients, which provide protein, an
essential for plant life.
As each food comes from our soils, we would eventually
die of starvation.
And as said before, how would we live if our garbage didn't get
converted into manure by our friendly bacteria?
A stench and filth would soon make life unbearable.
And what about our own bodies? - Some life processes, essential
to our survival, depend upon certain bacteria in our mouth and
intestines. Without these germs we would sicken and die.

A matter remaineth no whether we wish to encourage and assist

these bacteria or not. It remains a stark fact that if we persist in an
effort og making a 'completely' "clean" & sterile world we will soon
find as a price that we'll pay with sickness & premature death.
We cant do without germs so we may as well accept this fact
intelligently & learn to live with them in better ways as able to.
Germs do exist and man cannot live for long in a completely germ-
free environment.
The Germ Theory
Current medicalism teachs that specific germs cause specific
diseases.
This means that one particular kind of germ causes a particular
kind of disease.
Nonsense, because in many cases where one would expect to
find a certain germ, no germ gets found.
Sometimes when no germ can gets found a virus gets said
to cause this disease.
But, when neither germ nor virus can gets found, sufferer's then
get called a "carrier" of a disease who remains immune to that
particular disease.
This lame excuse meekly gets accepted by otherwise intelligent
people who have never seriously thought about this subject.
A person who has "a" disease, yet has no germs in their
organisms gets said to produce antibodies" which have killed
those germs - sheer fantasy.

Florence Nightingale Speaks

This germ theory gets brooken down continually.
When epidemics occur it remains often impossible to find a
causative germ.
The patients either recover or die and when an excitement ends
interest dies down soon after and that incident gets forgotten.
Do you I wonder, my reader incredulously doubt what I have up to
now said?.
Could one call these foregoings simply babblings of a mad person?
If so, then excuse me while I call some expert witnesses.
Not one person would have an audacity to doubt Florence
Nightingale's integrity, nursing skill and knowledge, so I'll quote
briefly what she had to say about infectious diseases.
Florence Nightingale wrote in her book NOTES ON NURSING
which she published in 1859:
We must not forget what, in ordinary language, is called infection
- a thing of which people are generally so afraid that they
frequently follow the very practice in regard to it which they ought
to avoid.
Nothing used to be considered so infectious or contagious as
smallpox; and people, not very long ago, used to cover up patients
with heavy bedclothes, while they kept up large fires, and shut the
windows.
Smallpox of course, under this management, was very infectious.
People are somewhat wiser now in their management of this
disease. They have ventured to cover the patients lightly and keep
the windows open; and we hear much less of the 'infection' of
Smallpox than we used to do.
But do people in our days act with more wisdom on the subject of
'infection' in fevers-scarlet fever, measles, etc. than their
forefathers did with Smallpox?
Does not the popular idea of 'infection' involve that people should
take greater care of themselves than of the patient?
That, for instance, it is safer not to be too much with the patient,
not to attend too much to his wants?
True nursing knows nothing of infection, except to prevent it
Cleanliness and fresh air from open windows, with unremitting
attention to the patient, are the only defence a true nurse either
asks or needs,
Wise and humane management of the patient is the best
safeguard against infection.
Is it not living in a continual mistake to look upon diseases, as we
do now, as separate things, which must exist, like cats and dogs?
Instead of looking upon them as conditions, like a dirty and a clean
condition, and just as much under our own control; or rather as the
reactions of a kindly nature, against the conditions in which we
have placed ourselves, I was brought up, both by scientific men,
and ignorant women, distinctly to believe that Smallpox, for
instance, was a thing of which there was once a first specimen in
the world, which went on propagating itself, in a perpetual chain of
descent, just as much as that there was a first dog (or a first pair
of dogs), and that Small-pox would not begin itself any more than a
new dog would begin with out there having been a parent dog.
Since I have seen with my eyes and smelt with my nose Smallpox
growing up in first specimens either in close rooms or in
overcrowded wards where it could not by any possibility have been
'caught', but must have begun.
Nay, more, I have seen diseases begin, grow up, and pass into
another.
Now, Dogs do not pass into Cats, I have seen fever grow up; and
with a little more, typhoid fever; and with a little more, typhus; and
all in the same ward or hut.
Would it not be far better, truer and more practical if we looked
upon diseases in this light?
'THE WITCHCRAFT FETISH AND THE GERM FETISH ARE
PRODUCTS OF THE SAME MENTAL CONDITION'.
Now, maketh thee of that? Florence Nightingale realised back in
1859 that this current superstitious belief in germ theory got
based on a fallacy.

Professor Bechamp Speaks

Immunisation seems a latest craze. People get urged to submit to
injections of poisonous material in a pathetic belief that somehow
this practice will confer a benefit onto this person whose body had
gotten assaulted by this noxious substance called an anti-toxin or
immunological agent or vaccine
It gets claimed when a person happens to get attacked by these
mysterious germs or viruses, they do not again get this disease.
So, disease germs or viruses get deliberately injected directly into
bloodstream's of a healthy person's.
Of course, these procedures remain doomed to failure.
Diseases do not get caused by germ invasions.
Germ invasion results dirrectly as a result of a suitable
environment for their development.
Germs temain no different from other organisms.
They thrive where their living conditions remain in favourablity.
Just as humans thrive where food grows better, a
temperature favourable found, humidity rests at a comfortable
level and so on, so too do germs thrive.
Germs thrive in darkness, humidity and warmth and where a
medium exists, which carries organic matter with-in a process of
disintegration.
Highly toxic matter provides an ideal diet for these tiny organisms.
Where bodies get found heavily encumbered with toxic waste
matter germs find their foothold.
Germs, like human beings and other animals, cannot live unless
they have a suitable diet provided for them.
An unhealthy body provides a breeding-ground for germs.
They multiply in billions and their activity occurs in direct
proportion to what amount of food they can find available.
The excreta from these germs exists as highly toxic, and this
adds to a toxic conditions of bodies.
An orthodox method of treatment finds a specific germ and then
trys to kill it by means of druging or other violent measures.
Such an idea that a specific germ disease would give a
person protection against another germ disease came from
such brainchild as Louis Pasteur.
Pasteur found inspiration from an example of Edward Jenner of
England, who believed that a person who'd suffered from
cowpox could no longer develop Smallpox.
Pasteur, a chemist had little knowledge of biology and even
less knowledge of disease and health's true nature.
When Jenner came to fame because of his new treatment of
injecting vaccines, Pasteur looked upon Jenner as a great
scientist and followed his lead.
Antoine Bechamp had done allot of research work into disease
causation.
He worked on germ theories and quietly set about tracing
germs' origins.
Pasteur used Bechamp's original material and discovery for his
own ends.
Instead of waiting until Bechamp's research completed, he came
out with an announcement that he had made a
'great' discovery.
Pasteur distorted Bechamp's teachings, and by such astute
public relations works, managed to gain an ascendancy.
Bechamp worked as a scientist not a showman.
In a short time Pasteur got hailed far and wide as a 'genius'.
Pasteur suggested that he could protect human beings from
disease by inoculating 'every'body with specific germs in a mild
form and thus everybody inoculated would get these diseases in
mild forms and would there after no longer become subject to
those diseases in virulent forms.
Pasteur acted on an assumption that each person
remained liable to contract certain diseases.
He disregarded facts that many people do not get these specific
diseases even if they literally swam in a bath full of germs.
Those ideas that germs cause disease occured contrary to fact.
One reason for doubting this hypothesis comes up becasue in most
cases of disease presence happens when no germs get found.
This happens because germs have not yet had time to invade
those bodies and then multiply.
In other cases, one type of germ gets found and another
disease altogether gets found pressent.
Since knowing that germs do exist and since claiming that germs
do not primarily cause disease, a truer explanation gets sought
for this apparent mystery.
Our explanation gets found in Microzyma theory.
Antoine Bechamp continued his researches and found that
those germs did not exist as a basic unit.
Going further, he discovered tinier, simpler organisms, that he
called Microzyma.
These organism's presence explaines anomalies in the popular
mainstream germ theories.
Bechamp found Microzyma benign.
That it plays vital roles in our human bodies.
Germs derive from Microzyma.
When waste matter on which germs thrive gets
consumed up, germs return to their former state as
Microzyma.
Microzyma change into germs and then germs change
back into Microzyma when necessary.
This explains how germs disappear when bodies overcome their
toxic conditions.
It explains where germs come from and where they go to.
Clearly Microzyma links between these simple forms of life in
our human bodies other more complex mechanism of found as
germs.
Microzyma theory also explains how it remains possible to disregard
germs when treating and healing disease by Natural methods.
Natural Hygienists disregard germs in their treatment of disease.
Their efforts get directed towards detoxification, purifying,
dilluting or cleansing of organisms.
When an organism gets thoroughly cleansed of accumulated
poisonous waste matter, germs 'mysteriously' disappear without
leaving a trace.
Where do they go?
It seems so obvious, they revert to Microzyma stage and quite
harmless.
Our theory exists that when human bodies become saturated
with poisonous material, Microzyma automatically develop into
germs.
These germs immediately set about working on devouring this
harmless material.
So long as production of toxic matter ceases production in a
matter of no time germs, acting as scavengers, will rid our bodies
of offending matters.
Then germs revert back to their original state as Microzyma and
disease ssubsides.
Thus each germ disease gets thus seen as self-limiting if
treated correctly, orthopathicly.
If listening these voices of our organism, and if treating our
conditions by natural means, gets will no longer pose dangers of
over-running our bodies or threating its wel being.
This brings us to again consider that work of this man whose
name has gotten so far mentioned several times.
It appears Florence Nightingale forecast in 1859 what Professor
Antoine Bechamp discovered around these same times and
which published in 1883.
In that some may tend to brush him aside as having little to no
account here in let us list a few of his qualifications.
Professor Antoine Bechamp born as a Frenchman in
1828.
He Mastered Pharmacy, a Doctor of Science, of Medicine,
Professor of Medical Chemistry and Pharmacy, Fellow and
Professor of Physics and Toxicology, Professor of Chemistry,
Professor of Biological Chemistry.
He had many other honors and titles but those quoted seem
sufficient in indicating that he stood as a man of much learning
and academic authorities.
To translate into simple terms his exact teachings on germs as
laid down by Professor Bechamp does not seem easy. However,
in trying to interpret them in as simply a way possible of what
Bechamp thought about disease, germs and these Microzyma.
Bechamp said that diseases do NOT arise because of anything
outside our human body.
He said that disease births of our tissues and inside our tissues.
In each healthy organism and throughout nature Microzymas (or
tiny organisms) remain present and harmless too.
In diseased bodies, (a toxaemic one) these Microzymas
can change into bacteria or germs.
Germs cannot exist in air, earth, water or food or in a healthy body
because germs arise from putrid materials, as found in unhealthy
persons bodies.
These micro organisms known as disease germs occur in
reality as Microzymas that have evolved into germs inside sick
bodies.

The Septic Tank

It remains a curious fact that Bacteriologists have known about
these benign function of bacteria for many years, but have failed to
apply a correct line of reasoning to germ's actions inside human
bodies.
For many years Bacteriologists and plumbers have known that in
order to convert dead organic material into a harmless substance
like pure water, we need but employ a Septic Tank using those
very germs which get thought to cause disease.
Accross this world septic tanks get employed to convert
human excreta into harmless saline constituents and pure
water.
This name septic tank means a tank infested with bacteria. In a
septic tank material rots and becomes pure drinkable water.

Stubbornness
Many years ago Winifred Sealby wrote in an article which
appeared in the Manly Daily newspaper germ theory of
disease, a more terrible medical failure, slowly totters towards its
inglorious end - a sorry monument of cruelty, stupidity and an
extreem greed for material wealth in modern civilisation.
A key word here seems 'slowly'.
It appears regrettable that in 1980 when we can look back on
100 years of tremendous scientific achievement; the telephone,
the electric light, radio, television, the motor car, the aeroplane
and space travel to our moon, humans still stubbornly cling to
superstitious notions like a germ theory.
Orthodoxy dies hard with some peoples.
But not each medical person acts reactionary and stubborn.
A few advanced thinkers have come able to shed their 'blinkers'
and investigated Natural Hygiene's teachings of Naturopathy, and
belatedly, Bechamp's teachings.
Those independent and courageous thinkers have found that
grems do not causes disease but rather chemical ingredients,
working upon unbalanced cellular activity of human bodies,
causes our disease.
It therefore follows that if our breaking down and rebuilding
body cells, called Metabolism, acts in balance, disease cannot
occur.
If Microzymas get fed on healthy materials they too will remain
healthy but if they feed upon unsuitable and harmful materials,
they change from harmless Microzymas into a new form of
organism.
And this new form of organism we call a germ, acting as a
scavenger, consuming harmful materials posing a threat our
bodies welfare.
It gets said 'Bacteria, like Bacteriologists require food.
How correct.
Look, not to Bacteriologists, to help solve this problem, as they
have a vested Interest in disease. Rather look into another place
to discover truths about these germs.
Look a what foods these germs feed off, rather than to these
germs themselves.
Germs live upon decaying, rotting material.
Germs cannot live on wholesome living food. It does not exist as
part of their nature, as much as it does not exist as part of our
nature, to live upon decaying or rotting material.
Our organism remains different from germ organisms and
therefore our conditions we needs remain different.
Before germs can cause fermentation they rely upon having a
suitable medium upon which to feed. And that suitable material
exists as a kind found in unhealthy human bodies.
Not one thing seems more simple to understand.
Germs cannot decompose living tissues of healthy humans.
Such a proposition remains impossible and unthinkable.
Nature's law says that higher forms of life attack and destroy
lower forms of life.
Germs exist as simple organisms and, as far as people know,
a lower form of life.
Germs live as a smaller and weaker forms of life that
humans will encounter.
It seems unthinkable that germs could attack and destroy
humans.
A Chihuahua dog would not attack an shepard dog. Shepard
dogs could make one mouthful of a tiny Mexican dog.
Through nature it remains stronger, as larger and more powerful
animals habitually attack and kill smaller animals.
So too occurs between humans and our environments.
If human environments happen suitable, if their diet and life-style
occur favourable, then no thing in their tissues could harbour and
sustain germs.
Sir Robert McCarrison Speaks
Hundreds of books containing millions of words have gotten
written on bacteriology. (meaning a study of how germs
supposedly 'cause' disease. A profession
based upon utter fallacy. But no matter how much gets written it
boils down to this same fallacy. A belief by adult people in this
20th century witchcraft and fantasy.

Back in 1920 in a speech given to London

s Royal Society, Professor Sir Robert McCarrison said:
Obsessed with the invisible microbe, virus and protozoa as all-
important constituents of disease subservient to laboratory
methods of diagnosis, hidebound by our system of nomenclature
(arrangement of names) we often forget that the most fundamental
of all rules for the physician, the right kind of food is the most
important single factor in the promotion of health and the wrong
kind of food is the most Important factor in the promotion of
disease.
Much more could get said against this germ theory and much
more could get said in favour of toxaemia theory.
Those who would like to go into greater detail about the germ
theory and its rival, the Microzyma theory, could do no better than
to read BECHAMP OR PASTEUR of Ethel Douglas Hume,
published by C. W. Daniel Company, London.
Those who would like to investigate Toxaemia theory of disease
causation will find it covered in a booklet THE CAUSE OF
DISEASE by K.S. Jaffrey and also in TOXAEMIA EXPLAINED
by Dr. J.H. Tilden.

In Conclusion
Finally, as a lesson we learn that germs which inhabit this
universe do not necessarily harm humans.
Under normal conditions germs of many a sort have their own
part to play in maintaining an ecological balance of nature.
A harmonious inter-relationship between different living
organisms occurs in our environment if we will choose to adopt
a favourable life-style.
By trying to live in harmony with nature so these germs, which
remain an integral part of our environment, will get enabled to play
their roles in producing our food and other useful commodities and
so that germs inside our bodies can perform their essential
functions, and to understand germs in our
environment act as useful scavengers keeping our habitat clean
and wholesome.
When learning to abandon irrational fears of germs important
steps get taken towards living in harmony with nature.
