Sales

Role Cluster Head Sales

Responsible for the Following:


Starting sales in the targeted cluster by establishing and building a customer base (in the metal
manufacturing and infrastructure space)
Managing the local on-ground team and driving sales in the cluster as per the Company targets by
o Increasing customer base across strategic and opportunistic locations
o Increasing share of the SME wallet onboarding the customer across multiple products, credit
services, etc.
o Building the necessary supplier base and maintaining a strong supplier network, and coordinating
with the Central Suppliers Operations Team
o Managing and monitoring the fulfilment process (end to end delivery) by coordinating with the
Central Fulfilment Team
Managing the P-L of the Cluster by
o Controlling the overhead costs
o Managing the working capital of the cluster with strong control on collections
o Increasing the margin profile of the cluster.
Other Key Responsibilities
o Supporting the Tech and Product Team with tech adoption among the customers and suppliers
o Recruiting and training the local team
o Liaising with the SME/Supplier/Trade organizations/bodies for increasing sales and presence

Role Cluster Head - Oxyzo Financial Services Pvt Ltd

Responsible for the Following:


Starting the sales of financial products (unsecure purchase financing loans & business loans) in the targeted
cluster by establishing and maintaining partnerships with suitable channel partners/DSAs/ (in the metal
manufacturing and infrastructure space) and building a strong customer base
Managing the local on-ground team and increasing the order book (sales) of the cluster as per the Company
targets by
o Launching and maintaining partnerships with the right channel partners (manufacturers,
distributors) and anchors (OEMs) for lead generation and customer identification
o Converting the above leads and increase customer base across, towards increasing the orderbook/
disbursement of relevant financial products
o Understanding the cashflows of the SMEs in the operating cluster and working with the Credit
team in coming up with the relevant financial product(s)
Case Processing Support
o Supporting in end-to-end case processing (from customer identification to document collection to
loan sanction to agreement signing to loan disbursal) and working with relevant internal (credit
and processing) and external (NBFC, lenders) teams
o Providing necessary market/regional/on-ground/ecosystem information to the credit team to
enable better evaluation and underwriting
Collections and Other Key Responsibilities
o Ensuring good repayment from the customers and driving the collections against the disbursed
facilities
o Constantly monitoring the portfolio at risk and ensuring adherence to the company targets
o Handling of risky cases by liaising with the Anchors/Supplier/Channel Partners/SME
Organizations/Legal Teams and ensuring recovery
o Ensuring tech adoption among the customers and channel partners by coordinating with the Tech
and Product teams
o Recruiting and training the local team

Prior experience of working with NBFCs/Banks/Insurance/SME Financing (manufacturing sector) with
focus on unsecure loans/business loans is definitely a plus!
Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi & English
Good Interest in finance (credit assessment/underwriting, etc.)
Compensation Structure
CTC 27 Lacs per Annum
Fixed 20 Lacs
Variable 1 Lac
ESOPs 6 Lacs (Vesting Period 4 Years; Cliff Period 1 Year)
