Manual is any set of rules, procedures, functions, activities, policies, objecti
ves, instructions and guidelines to be observed and followed by executives and e
mployees of the company and how these should be implemented, either individually

MANUAL ORGANIZATION
This manual is also called a manual and functions. Aims to characterize and emph

A policy or guideline can be defined as a parameter for the entire decision-maki

licies to be followed by executives and company employees in making decisions th
