Private School Teacher in Kashmir

The dreams one has in college and university are amazing. Some believe in
to be high class professionals/Businessmen and others as officers and further
as Engineers and doctors.
Without knowing the real face of the outside field they weave their unlimited
dreams of their future.
And once system left us, what I say naked in the war for living in the battle
field of world. This moment left us in shock, and one began to realize where
he stands. The first thing one notice is the battle of parents which they were
fighting all along in order to not only survive but giving him all comforts. As it
is the time when one cant even manage the pocket money which was given
by parents. As a human nature one began to struggle in the field to get living
abet.
Unfortunately it is Kashmir, without any robust private sector. So
choice is limited to choose the battle field. Mostly, where one gets the
chance is what I say one of the worst industry- The school Industry, where it
is easy to squander all you have. In this way most of the youth enter in the
HUB OF CAPTILISM, so did I. As I no more was eligible to draw my pocket
money from parents moreover it was indignity for me now.
After working for months as a +2 teacher, one night I saw my tears giving
sympathy to my earlier dreams. The practical life was completely reverse of
my dreams. What I say now:
I became mint machine for my owner. It was hard to endure in-between
owner and his customers (students) as when your owner wasnt ready
to respect you how could his customers. Students as we say
customer is the king of market could reject or accept you according to
their wish. So the result is you couldnt even act as a teacher, because
you are lacking the ability of governing them for edification. And then
parents claim moral less education. The crown less king(owner) inside
the walls of the most precious and pious name of school harass all the
slaves(teachers) inside the prison as he wishes and no one outside
could even think of that cruelty. If your single sigh would go against
your king you would be fired without providing any reason or consent.
More over the king keeps rotating his employee to save increment and
shower terror of getting unemployed.
 The salary you are paid is same as served to the prisoner in a jail, to
fulfill your daily needs like food, clothes, fare, etc Moreover there is a
regular monthly scratch in your salary because you may late in
seconds to enter the prison because you are human not an accurate
machine. And some owners bind employees by paying salary after
months, so now you are preset in the prison under the foot of
employer.
Long time had went off it seems as the people outside the walls
doesnt hear our cries, may be their soul is dead, or they might
also had vend themselves to the crown less king. It is dreadful
that even government has sell off us to such a capitalist. The
owners feel lawless kings, as government has never
implemented any rules and regulations for them. They enjoy the
freedom given to them by government or they are paying some
government officials or their association to be free. It is the time
now they even enjoy over the fundamental rights of their
employees, in terms of slur, Insolence, labor wages,
indiscrimination, what you don etc
This is how my Government and owner together broke my
dreams by shaking their hands with capitalism in the name of
education.
