The undersigned, a member in good standing of Democrats Abroad - Netherlands Chapter

(DANL), has designated __________________________, who is also a member of DANL,
to vote on his (or her) behalf in person in the election for DANL Executive Committee
members at the DANL Annual General Membership Meeting to be held in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands on 25 March 2017.

My designee shall cast my vote on behalf of the following candidates:

This Proxy shall be delivered to the Secretary of DANL or such other person as the Chair of
DANL may designate not later than the commencement of the Election Meeting.
It is understood that no DANL member may carry proxies for more than two other members.
If requested, the undersigned shall ratify and confirm all votes the designee casts pursuant to
this Proxy.
This Proxy is revocable by written notice delivered to the Secretary of DANL or such other
person as the Chair of DANL may designate not later than the commencement of the Election
Meeting.
