Department and as per the Head Office.
2. Reducing idle timings.
3. Quantitative analysis for specific periods.
4. Maintenance of man power and respectively co-ordination between
the workers.
5. Forecasting of materials needed and their alternates
6. Costing of estimation evaluation and its functionary.
