ZP17 - Open Purchase Requisition Report

This report displays requisition(s) that have been created with your SAP
authorization parameters. The report will display the release requirement(s)
stage needed to process your requisition into a purchase order, while
displaying the number of days or duration of the requisition. This report can
be used as a tracking device of your requisition.

Activity: Create Open Purchase Requisition Report


1 Open the User menu folder, the HISD User folder, the Procurement
folder and the Purchase Requisitions folder. Then double-click ZP17 Open Purchase

2 The Open Purchase Requisition Report screen will open. The Plant
field is required. Enter your plant number. Other selection options include:
Req. number Requisition number, the document number automatically assigned to
your requisitions upon saving your transaction after creating it.
Business area The business area assigned within your account assignment, i.e. GR1,
SR1.
Fund The Fund used during the creation of the requisition within your account
assignment, i.e. 101, 999.
GL Account The general ledger account used during the creation of the requisition
within your account assignment, i.e. 11-6399, 41-6632.
Cost Center The cost center used during the creation of the requisition within your
account assignment, i.e. xxx-10-S1.
Req. date The creation date of the requisition(s) in which you are researching.
Download select this option if you want to download this report to your desktop.

3 After entering your search information, click the execute icon.

The * (asterisk) is a wild card. This can be entered on any field that needs multiple selections.

Example: you are required to report on Funds 101, CA1, 123, etc. Place the * in the Fund field instead of
listing all funds.
4 The report will then be displayed. Notice the color difference of the
requisition number against the remaining line. This field is hyperlinked. If you double-
click on any line in this field, SAP will display the requisition via transaction ME53N
Display Requisition.
5 Use the horizontal or vertical scroll bar as necessary to view the
report.

The following screen shot shows the remainder of the fields after
scrolling as far right as possible. Notice the color difference of the
REL/RQ (Release Required) field against the rest of the line. This
field is hyperlinked. If you double-click on any line in this field, SAP
will forward you to transaction ME54 Release Requisition,
Individual. See the SAP Basic End User manual for information on
how to complete ME54, which is available only to FUND
ADMINISTRATORS.

If the Rel/Rq item is blank, then all release strategies have been completed and it is now pending for P.O.
creation.

6 Print the report if desired by clicking on the printer icon.

7 Click on the yellow exit arrow icon to exit the report.
