Analyzer description

The NIRS XDS RapidLiquid Analyzer, based on XDS near- Identification, qualitative and quantitative methods are
infrared technology, provides the next generation of de easily derived with the advanced, user-friendly, network-
dicated NIR analysis for rapid non-destructive analysis of able Vision software. Precise and accurate analysis is

The XDS RapidLiquid Analyzer is designed to provide ra

pid quantitative and qualitative results for quality control
and assurance.

With the NIRS XDS RapidLiquid Analyzer, virtually any li

quid or suspension can be analyzed in both laboratory
and at-line situations. Samples are effortlessly analyzed in
quartz cuvettes or disposable vials for trouble-free clean
up. A temperature-controlled sample chamber provides
the stable sample environment essential for precise mea-
surements.

Only the XDS platform ensures precise instrument match-

ing, decreased method development time, and seamless
method transfer.

XDS Laboratory Monochromator
XDS NIR technology ensures precise instrument

Hot-swappable interface allows rapid changing of
additional sampling modules with no compromise
in performance. Spectral coverage: 400-2500 nm.
XDS Rapid Liquid Module
Temperature controlled transmission analysis of
liquids and suspensions up to 65C. Uses standard
quartz cuvettes or disposable vials.
RLM Cuvette Kit
Consists of 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm and
10 mm quartz cuvettes and spacers. 200 disposable
8 mm glass vials and spacers.
XDS Accessory Kit
Consists of NA and EU power cords, network cross-
over cable, XDS monochromator filter, replacement
lamp, 5A fuse, instrument test guide, XDS CE safety
manual, and service and warranty documentation.

Software
Vision SC/SP Single-User Vision for Chemical/
Pharmaceutical Analysis
Spectral acquisition, method development and rou-
tine analysis software for chemical/pharmaceutical
analysis. Provides single-user access to NIR instru-
ments on a network (one copy of Vision per instru-
ment). Pharmaceutical version is fully validatable
and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software.
Vision MC/MP Multi-User Vision for Chemical/
Pharmaceutical Analysis
Multiple-user Vision spectral acquisition, method
development and routine analysis software for
chemical/pharmaceutical analysis. Allows for
centralized database management for all spectral
data-bases. Includes 5 workstation licenses.
Pharmaceutical version is fully validatable and
21 CFR Part 11 compliant software.
