Dear Madame,

Greetings! In line with our common goal of providing welfare to our beneficiaries, that is
the Filipino people, the Philcoman Research Institute Inc., is hereby presenting to you on
the attached document the details of our plan in the implementation of one of our
advocacies by providing a comprehensive training and seminars to all of our upcoming
young management participants from government, academe, professional associations and
entrepreneurship sectors.

We believed that above sectors would be the prime movers in the ground level in the
execution of more effective ethical leadership and management of our economy today that
would become more vital in the pursuance of good quality of life for our marginalized
countrymen in the future.

There would be 26 Training and Seminars events from March 2017 to November 2017 to
complete the year round schedule. The total cost that would be incurred is in the amount of
PhP 910,000.00 or equivalent to PhP 35,000.00 per seminar/training.

We were very grateful and thankful that we have found a generous foundation like yours
that are very willing to assist and support in the implementation of our advocacies in
corporate governance.

DETAILS of TRAINING and SEMINARS

A. VENUE OF SEMINAR/TRAINING

1. Use of Function Rooms for five (5) hours

2. Afternoon Coffee Break overflowing coffee / tea
3. Afternoon Snacks
4. LCD Projector and Screen
5. Wireless Microphone
6. WIFI in the Function Room
7. Complimentary Parking Pass for certain numbers of attendees

B. SEMINAR/TRAINING SPEAKERS

1. PHILCOMAN will provide two or three Speakers per Seminar/Training who are
Experts in their fields of Profession.
2. The Topics will cover:
a) Business Ethics
b) Business Management
c) Moral Value in Business
d) Spiritual Values in Business
e) Principles of Business/Financial Management
f) Ten Decalogues of God

C. SEMINAR/TRAINING SECRETARIAT

1. PHILCOMAN will provide three persons to serve as Secretariat for time and
administrative management.
2. The Secretariat will issue Certificate of Attendance to Participants
3. The Secretariat is in-charged of paying the financial obligations to the owner of the
Venue.

D. COSTING OF THE SEMINARS/TRAININGS ARE QUOTED BY OWNER OF

VENUE

1. Cost Per Seminar/Training to include:

a) Use of Function Rooms

b) Facilities inside the Room
c) Secretariat Expenses, like allowances, materials, supplies, certificate of attendance.
d) Professional Fees for Speakers and Lecturers
e) Total Cost Per Seminar / Training = Php35,000.00
f) No. of Seminars from March 2017 to November 2017 = 26 Seminars / Trainings
g) Total Cost of Seminar / Training from March 2017 to November 2017 =
Php910,000.00 (Php35,000.00 per Seminar/Training multiplied by 26 Seminars)
