1. Trial Mix (16th February 2017 INA 1 PROJECT):

a. 3 kg StoCrete NSG H untuk 2 set kubus cetakan benda uji ( 6 pcs kubus 5
cm x 5 cm benda uji).
The composition of a mixture of clean water for 3 kg StoCrete NSG H is 552 ml
(Pumpable).
b. 2.85 kg StoCrete NSG H (95%) + 0.15 kg Agregate (5%) untuk 2 set kubus
cetakan benda uji ( 6 pcs kubus 5 cm x 5 cm benda uji).
The composition of a mixture of clean water for 2.85 kg StoCrete NSG H + 0.15
kg Agregate is 552 ml (Pumpable).

2. Materials and Tools:

a. Materials:
- 25 kg StoCrete NSG H 1 Zak
- Instant Gravel 7.5 kg (d = 5 mm) 1 Pack
- Water 2 Lt
b. Tools:
- Mold Test Objects (cube 5cm x 5cm) 4 sets (3pcs/set)
- Hand Mixer 1 set
- Measuring glass 1 set
- Scale (StoCrete & Agregate) 1 set
- Bucket 1 pcs
- Iron Hammer 1 pcs
- Rubber Hammer 1 pcs
- Concrete Trowel 1 pcs

3. Trial Mix Material 3 kg StoCrete NSG H (Pumpable):

a. Preparing scale tool and pouring StoCrete NSG H into the scale as much as 3
kg.
b. Preparing a measuring glass of water and pouring water Into a measuring glass
as much as 552 ml.

c. Mixing 3 kg StoCrete NSG H + 552 ml water on bucket, stirring with a hand mixer
for min 3 minutes (max 5 minutes).
d. Pouring the result of mixed grouting material into (2) two sets mold test objects
(cube 5cm x 5cm). Hitting mold with a iron hammer, rubber hammer and flatten
with concrete trowel on a mold test objects.

e. 1 set of mold test objects will be used for grout compressive strength test age (7)
seven days. Another set will be used for grout compressive strength test age
(28) twenty eight days (the tagging done after mold test objects settled for (2)
two hours).
4. Trial Mix Material 2.85 kg StoCrete NSG H (95%) + 0.15 kg Agregate (5%)
(Pumpable):
a. Preparing scale tool and pouring StoCrete NSG H into the scale as much as 2.85
kg + 0.15 kg Agregate.
b. Preparing a measuring glass of water and pouring water Into a measuring glass
as much as 552 ml.

c. Mixing 2.85 kg StoCrete NSG H + 0.15 kg Agregate + 552 ml water on bucket,

stirring with a hand mixer for min 3 minutes (max 5 minutes).
