Part II - The Cinderlands (Levels 20-38)

Levels 20-25 - Tormun Range

Cinderlands Note
In the Cinderlands, keep your eye on the drops. We will, from the very start, be looking for an item
called a Serpent Calling Bell, shown below.

This item will drop off of any mob, and will be in a bag with a blue mark above it. If you cannot get one,
it will need to be crafted, which will be explained in here as well.

It is also assumed that this is your second day in levelling. If you are on your first day, crafting times may
be a bit off, so be sure to keep a close eye on your crafting times so as to not let them idle while you
play.

This guide does not encourage grinding in many areas. The only place in the Cinderlands that really
saves time in Jackals Dig and Vultures Dig, which will be explained when we arrive there. Otherwise, just
follow the quests and enjoy the ride.
Level 20
Head outside Dochun's house and speak with Andumo.

By this time, you should have your crafts finished. Receive your crafts and order more lake mud, another
Yulan Magnolia Sap, and Premium Lake Mud Refiners. Head south and talk to the necessary NPCs to
update your quest.
Speak with Andumo again to teleport to the Cinderlands. Speak with Baymu to update the quest, and
then head outside.

Outside, kill Wraithbloom Dealers until one of them drops the antidote. This could take a while.
Return into the house to update the quest at Han Sirang, and then head outside again. Then head
outside and kill Gwihan.

Return inside and speak with Han Sirang to turn in "Stranger in a Strange Land." Head outside and pick
up "Bloomin' Mad," "Whispers in the Woods," and "A Temporary Remedy." Then head out the south
side of the village and head west. Kill and loot 12 tortoises.
You should come across an overturned wagon with looters around it. Kill one of them to grab their
orders, and then right click it in your inventory to pick up "Suspicious Statement."

Head south and kill 10 Lunatics. Each one will drop belongings, so make sure to loot at least one.
Head north to Tomun Crossing and use the pot to boil the tortoises.

Turn in your quests and pick up "Clueless," "Bumbling for Apples," and "Writer's Block." Gather 3 apple
trees west of the camp.
Head south to get to the scouts and mercenaries. You need 10 of each. This may take a while if someone
else is doing the quest, so change channels as needed.

Continue southwest and kill 10 Cliff Searchers, looting them.

Follow the path leading south. You can't run up the hill, so take the path all the way around, and then
turn in your quests, including the story quest "You and What Army" to reach level 21.

Level 21
Pick up "The Looming Threat" and "Mystically Delicious." Head north and you'll find a bush. Use it to find
and outlaw and kill it. There are 3 bushes here, so go from place to place gathering until you have 7 kills.
Continue north and kill 12 Gnarloxes.

You should be able to see a quartz icon on the map. Head to the southwest one, and you'll find soil.
Gather it for 1.5k free experience.
Head south to get to the Red Vipers. They are fighting mobs, so they die really quick as they already
have close to no health. Kill 10 of them.

Yoma to camp and use the grill to update "Mystically Delicious."

Turn in your quests and update your story. Then look out on the north side of the cliff to see a man on a
tower.

Glide over to him and turn in "Who Left Him in Charge."

And hey! We got pickaxes. Make sure to gather quartz when you can. The one below only gives one, but
the one north of here gives 3.

Head to the Sacrificial Chamber to the east and pick up "God of the Shrine." Use the pot behind Sindung,
and then speak with him to turn in the quest.
Then head into the swirly gate. Notice how it is green. Means this is solo. Head down and speak with
Choi Jina. Then use the door to release the pigs.

You don't really have to do anything - the NPCs will take care of everything. But you can kill Gwihan to
speed it up. He'll drop a ledger, so gather it to update the quest.
Speak with Choi Jina. Head west to kill the Tyrians and free the captives. The ones on the north side will
attack you once you open it.

Then head south and do the same. Speak with Yunwa (Major character - underaged girl with DD boobs)
to update the quest. Then Yoma back to Oakshade Village.
Head into Han Sirang's House to turn in "The Cult and the Lone Warrior." Speak with Hansu and Sansu
inside to update the new story quest.

Head outside to pick up "Don't Try this at Home," "A Brother's Penance," and "Culling the Cultists." Then
head south. Look for dogs, and nearby them will always be dung. Burn 3 of them with "f."
Then head to the west side of the Tyrians. Speak with Dan Pungbing.

Then head east and kill two named mobs, in adjacent tents, looting them.

Then kill general cultists until you have 12 kills. You should hit level 22 doing this.
Level 22
Continue south to the refugee camp. Turn in your quests and pick up "Home Remedies" and "Herbal
Care."

Head just south of the camp and investigate the corpse. Read the letter in your inventory to update the
quest.
In the south, gather 3 medicinal trees. Each will cause a bug to spawn. Make sure to press "f" to gather
the herb before attacking the bug, or you have to repeat the process.

Make your way north and kill 10 Armordillos, looting their bladders. There are exactly 10 mobs, so you
may have to switch channels if more than one person is doing this.
At Oakshade, turn in your quests and head into Han Sirang's house to turn in "The Trail of the Dead."
Outside, pick up "A Darkness at Tormun Range" and update "Desperate Priestesses" (who to go to
depends on your faction). Head to Tormun Crossing and head north through the swirly gate to get to
the northern part.

Investigate the corpse to find identification. He'll spawn a mite for you to slash. If you don't, it'll poison
you.
Read the letter in your inventory to update the quest, and then head to Earthseer Hermitage. Turn in
your quest and pick up "Reap what you Sow," "The Oak and the Pig," and "A Link Between Realms."
Head inside to update "Desperate Priestesses." You need to speak to Baymu, Han, and Baymu again.

Head north and kill 10 released revenants. They all spawn mites that poison you, so just smash them or
run.
Head west and use the pot the summon a pig. Speak with the pig to update "The Oak and the Pig."

Continue west and kill 10 thunderheads. These are annoying in that they cannot be knocked down, and
their ranged attacks cannot be blocked or evaded.
Once you have 10, use the root on the south side to update the quest.

Return to the pot and use it to summon the pig again, and then turn in "The Oak and the Pig." Then
continue west into the underroot. In here, kill all the thunderheads. They'll become drums. Pick the
drums up (f) and put it on the items in the middle of the room (again, f).
When they all are on their locations, kill the gatekeeper.

Head north to the altar. There'll be some undead on the path that are easy to kill, but otherwise, just
run and use it.
Yoma back to the hermitage to turn in your quests. Update your story quest at Baymu. Then head
outside and use a corpse.

This'll summon a fiend. Kill the fiend and return inside to turn in "Desperate Priestesses" and reach level
23.
Level 23
Head back outside and pick up "F-F-F-Flowers You Say" and "Lost Soldiers." Make your way north. On
either side of the road is a lake, and next to the lake is a flower with a Gnarlox. Kill the Gnarlox before
the flower, or it'll attack you and interrupt your gather. Gather 5 flowers.

Kill 10 soldiers as you head north.

You'll get to Earthseer Bulwark. Turn in your quests and pick up "The Withering Forest" and "Required
Upkeep."

Head north and use 3 nails. Don't stall on them after it's done - it spawns fiends that you can avoid
having to fight if you just run fast enough.
Head to the camp and on the south side, gather the Jaofang Sapling.

Return to cam pto turn in "Required Upkeep" and update "The Withering Forest." Speak with Orpun to
turn in "The Withering Forest" and pick up "Root of the Problem." Head south and treat a root.
Return to Orpun to turn in your quest. You'll be chased by blue nettlebugs that you can kill or just let the
guards handle. Then follow the road north to the swirly gate.

Head inside and kill the mobs attacking Jang Monbo, and then talk to him. After that, if you hug the wall,
you can head to the south side of the instance without aggroing anything. This will update the quest
with a cutscene. Yoma back to the Bulwark.

Turn in "The Dark Glimpse" and pick up "Vanquish the Horrible Night," "A Plog in Need," and "A Light in
the Dark." Then press F8 to enter the dungeon lobby.
Mini Instance #1 - The Darkglimpse
Queue up for the Darkglimpse and head inside it through the gateway. The Darkglimpse is a simple and
annoying instance. Kill the mobs that are attacking the orb, or coming for it.

Eventually (after like 3 minutes), Nekuro will spawn (Death #3). Kill him to finish the instance.

Turn in your green quest (click on it) and open the box to receive a Corrupted Weapon box. This is the
breakthrough for our weapon. Try opening it and getting what you want. If you get it, great! If not, run
this instance a second time.

If you don't then, continue on. We'll sell the 2 weapons and use the profits to buy our class's weapon.

Please not that at the time of this writing, Lynblades and Razors are much more expensive than the
others. If you play either class (Blade Dancer/Warlock), you will have to run this instance until you get
the drop for your class.

You could also purchase gold for ncoin (CTRL+C) to buy your weapon. However, do NOT use or buy a
brilliant cinderlands key. This key is worth 5-6 gold, and the big weapons sell for 0.6-1 gold.

Leave party and turn in "Vanguish the Horrible Night." Press "Shift+V" to return to the lobby, and then
exit to return to the mortal world.
Head east and use a cursed streetlamp. This will spawn 3 revenants to kill. Repeat this for 4 streetlamps.

Continue east through a swirly gate, and then you'll find a swirly gate at the south.
Inside, walk towards the frog who'll start attacking you. Attack it back until it submits, and then talk to it.

Continue east to Wispwater Spring. Put on your faction uniform to pick up "The First Mission." Turn in
"A light in the Dark" and update "A Plog in Need."
Here, we're going to use the marketplace again. Register your corrupted weapon(s) for the lowest price.

Pick up "Puppy Love" and "Proving One's Mettle" and head into the house. Update your story quest at
Park and Han. Then head west and kill/loot 10 rookies from the opposing legion.
Head north and gather 5 white herbs. You may want to take off your faction uniform if you don't like
pvp.

Continue north and kill 9 border scouts for antidotes (80% drop rate), and 12 bloodhounds.
Return to Wispwater Spring to turn in your quests. Remember to re-equip your faction uniform to turn
in "Proving One's Mettle."

In the house, treat Sojun, and then speak with her. Then speak with Han to turn in "Agents of the Stratus
Empire" and reach level 24.
Level 24
In the spring, pick up "Dismantling the Cult" and "Holding Out for a Hero." The head north to a rock face.
To head up it, just windwalk and jump from the lower levels to the higher ones.

Head through the swirly gate to get into Wraithbloom Meadows. Some say you should grind here from
20-25, but the mobs are too hard at level 20, and it doesn't save much time. Instead, kill Couriers and
Defenders until Dispatchers and Wardens appear, respectively. Kill/Loot 5 of them.
Head north to the Tyrian Storehouse and head through the swirly gate.

You'll run across Lusung's Shadow who'll RP a bit. Just run past all the shadows to Choi Jina and let them
follow you, and then AoE them.
Speak with Choi Jina to update the quest.

Head up the ramp and attack the Overseer. This girl HURTS.
Then continue to the top to the meeting. Make sure you're full health. Let Choi Jina RP and then initiate,
and then you take care of Goltak. If Sunna and Goltak are both on you, it is a load of paid.

Gather the ledger that drops and speak with Choi Jina to turn in "Where There is Smoke." Head back to
the entrance and move close to Choi Jina to update the quest.
Gather the torch across the street.

And then burn the wraithbloom just east of Choi Jina.

While waiting for the fire to reset, kill mobs attacking Choi Jiwa. Repeat this until 15 mobs are dead and
you've burned the flower 3 times. Then make your way southwest to Han Sirang.

Head inside and down a level to get to Baymu surrounded by Fiends. Kill the fiends, and wait for Han.
Speak with him and head downstairs.
Kill the mobs in the way and head to the north cave to get to a cutscene.

You'll teleport to Han's house in Oakshade Village. Head east to his circle, and then speak with Podan.
Go inside to burn incense, and then speak with Podan again to turn in "The Burning Fields" and reach
level 25.
Level 25
Turn in your quests in town and pick up "Green Thumb." You weapons should have sold by now, so
speak with the marketplace merchant to pick up your cash and buy the appropriate Corrupted Weapon.
Break through your weapon.

Head east out of town and break a rock that has a health bar. Press "f" to gather a fragment of it.
Place it on the tower to summon the earth god. Speak with him to update the quest.

Head into the Stumpyards and pick up "Hungbu and the Swallow," "Wrath of the Wraithbloom," and
"Bulbari Beauty Cream."
In camp, gather 5 Bulbari Excrements.

Head nead the kiln and use the blue jar. Use the kiln and a new jar will flash. Pick it up and turn the
quest in to Rufen.
Make your way to the north side of camp. You'll find, hidden by a pile of logs, a small tree to gather.
Gather it for 1,500 free experience.

On the east side of this camp there is a cliff. Go to the top of the cliff to grind the bulbaries. They are
buried in the grounds - the ones wandering don't count. Kill and loot 10 that are buried.
Press "f" on 3 trees up on the cliff.

Head south to an encampment. Kill 6 Vanguards as you make your way inside.
Head to the southwest side of the house and windwalk/jump onto it.

On top, gather the gourd.

Return to the rock to break it and place the stone on the tower to summon the Hatari. Turn in "Green
Thumb."

Head into the Stumpyards to turn in your quests. Then head east through the swirly gate to get to the
next zone that we are mostly going to skip - The Scorching Sands.
Levels 25-32 - Scorching Sands
Level 25
In the Scorching Sands, while questing is an option, it is not the most efficient option. Scorching Sands is
a giant desert designed for a lot of running around to spread out mobs and distant turn ins. We will not
be doing that.

Many quests that involve these issues will be skipped in this guide, with many of them not even
appearing due to skipping earlier painful quests in this zone. Most of this zone will be simply grinding in
a small solo instance area called "Jackals Dig" and "Vultures Dig." The rest of this guide for this zone will
detail the quests in this zone which are easy, short, on our way to specific locations, and to the point.

If a quest is not listed in this guide, it is because it is a bad quest. For the most efficient levelling process,
do not do any quests not listed in this guide.

By this point, 2 hours should have passed. Press "l" to collect your Premium Lake Mud Refiner, Magnolia
Sap, and Lake Mud. Place an order for more Lake Mud, an order for a Viridian Pickaxe, an order for
Magnolia logs, and an order for Viridian Transformation Stones.

On the road between Tormun Range and the Scorching Sands, speak with Jinbin the Orphan. Pick up
"Eager to Learn," which completes as soon as you finish talking with him
Now we're going to ignore everything else and run straight south through the swirly gate. Ignore the guy
walking around with a quest. Head to the Euler's house and pick up "Joining the Battle" - the red quest.

Then head north to the healer's house through the swirly gate, and speak with Dokdan to update
"Doctor's Orders." Read the letter in your quest log to pick up "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger."

Ignore every other quest in the refuge and run north to your faction's base. Gather 2 Arrowroots outside
of it.
Equip your legion's uniform and turn in "Joining the Battle." Pick up the 3 red quests here. One guy will
have a green circle under his feet. Speak with him and buy a Raven Feather Fan.

Head to the area between the command posts. If you are on a channel with a lot of the other faction
(players that are red), then switch channels so they don't grief you. Head to the middle of the zone to
gather 5 soulstones. These take 10 seconds to gather. Make sure no mob is close to it.
Head to the opposing side and you'll find Disciples. Forcemaster type mobs hurt bad, and you shouldn't
attack named mobs. Regardless, kill 12 of them.

Continue heading to the other side to get to the captives. Make sure to kill the mob killing it, and then
press "f" to start carrying them. Run back to your own base to turn in your quests.
Head south towards the refuge, and you'll come across and abandoned city. Head next to Buyang and
Bunah will jump up. Don't follow her - the house is glitchy.

Instead, jump on the tarp on the house next door.

From here, you can jump/glide onto the house Buyang jumped onto.

Climb onto the roof and you'll see Old Man Cho. Jump and glide across to the tier underneath him.
To get to his level, jump and glide out, and then return to him. Turn in your quest to get more windwalk
time.

Head East, hugging the south wall so as to get Yoma points to Yonkai Work Camp and Raider's Arc. At
Raider's Arc, repair your weapon at the campfire. You'll need to press "7" to actually repair it due to the
close npcs.
Continue east until you get to an instance called Vulture's Dig.

After making sure your skill are spec'd to have max HP regain and CC, run through the top side of the
instance, aggroing any mob you can. Try to windwalk the entire way without getting hit. Then apply your
CCs and HP regen to mass kill the mobs.
After clearing the top, there's a treasure chest in the center. This gives some much needed consumables
to gather. Each run until it stops working (anti-botting mechanic), gather the box.

Repeat the process on the bottom side of the map, and then leave the instance. After leaving it, turn
right back around and repeat it again.

Run this instance a couple of times like this until you get the feel of it. Once you do, pop a Dragon Soup
(You got one from the survey) and start spamming it. You should hit level 26 on your first or second test
run (before you start using the soup).

Another thing that helps is the level 26 survey that gives a Hongmoon Amethyst. Socket this into your
weapon (Right click) so that you regenerate heath when you crit the 20 mobs you've gathered. I've gone
from 10% to 90% in 3 seconds in here thanks to that.

Before you start with your soup, collect your logs and mud from the crafters. Reorder the mud.

Level 26
Continue to run Jackal's Dig and Vulture's Dig.

Level 27
Continue to run Jackal's Dig and Vulture's Dig. Your soup should run out some time this level. It is
definitely worth it to buy another soup off the cash shop if you want to level efficiently. If you refuse to
spend money, grind without a soup until level 28. You should be able to claim your mud at this point.

Level 28
Continue to run Jackal's Dig and Vulture's Dig. If you are free to play, answer the survey first, and then
pop the soup.
Level 29
Continue to run Jackal's Dig and Vulture's Dig. All players should run out of soup some time this level.
Those who bought a soup, answer the survey and use that soup. Free to play continue to level normally
in here.

Level 30
Last level of Jackal's Dig and Vulture's Dig. If you bought soups, you probably should get this on your 3rd
soup. If you are free to play, it's probably been an extra hour. When you hit 31, stop grinding
immediately and Yoma to Sandstone Refuge.

Level 31
At this point, we should be at 2 hours in. Claim your pickaxe and Viridian Transformation stones, and
order a Viridian soul shield primer from soul wardens.

Head to the healer's house and speak with Jinbin and then Dokdan to turn in "Doctor's Orders."

Make your way to the southwest side of the village. Head into Yusung's house.

Miryung will run inside. Speak with her to update the quest.
Then look to the side of the room and you'll find a bookshelf. Use it to obtain a journal, and then right
click it in your inventory to read it and pick up "Ghosts of the past."

Head down the hill to turn in "Ghosts of the Past" and pick up "Ancient Relic." Then press "F8" to enter
the dungeon lobby. Select "Sentinel Ruins," wait for a party, and then head inside.

Mini Instance #2 - Sentinel Ruins

After spawning in, head north ignoring the mobs to the Hulking Augerite. This guy is just tank and spank.
You'll then need to kill and mobs that are still alive to take the dragon pulse up. Continue running north
to get to the relic core.

The core itself isn't a problem. But every 25%, it spawns a large add that must be killed before you can
continue to attack the core. While it's up, the core will pull you in if you're too close, and do a massive
AoE that hits everything but the far outskirts of the room. In other words, get to a wall when the add
spawns.
When the core is dead, turn in your green quest by clicking on it and opening it. You will receive a
"sentinel's ring." Identify it with an unsealing charm, and then use it to evolve your ring. You should be
able to feed your ring lots of fodder that you got as drops in Jackal's/Vulture's to get it to level 5, but if
not it's not a big deal. Leave party to return to the gateway to turn in "Ancient relic," and then press
"Shift+V" to return to the lobby. Leave there to return to the mortal world.

Head to the north side of the village and gather the abandoned remains by a tree.

Return to Yusung's house and use the urn inside.

Then speak with Jinbin who comes rushing into turn in "A History of violence." Head back down the hill
to the NPCs outside sentinel ruins. Pick up "Madness in the Mines," "Honor the Dead," and "Notes from
the Past." No, I didn't trick you into grinding. We are skipping about 40 annoying quests in this zone.
These are just easy quests that are on the way.

Head out of the village and head east. Then head south and gather 3 Heavensbane Herbs.
You'll come to the swirly gate to Yonkai Excavation in the south. Head inside. In here, speak with 12
slave workers. About 1/2 will thank you, and the other 1/2 will attack you.

One of the guards early on will drop a Patrol's Note. Make sure to read it. Then head south. Once you're
south, use the left jar, and then the right, to open the door.
A Warehouse Keeper will spawn. Kill her and take her Ledger. Right click it in your inventory to pick up
"Jong Richu's Fake Account."

Continue into the next room to gather the Keepsake chest.

In the same room, gather the headstone.

Head to the north side and kill the mob guarding Miryung.
We're going to walk out of here and head north. Speak with Jong Rich to turn in "Jong Richu's Fake
Account."

Yoma back to sandstone refuge and head into Yusung's House. Speak with Jinbun who runs in to turn in
"Into the Mines."

Head easy and speak with a villager to update "The Sand and the Fury."
Then continue into the Healer's house. Speak with a villager to interfere. Dokdan will appear. Speak with
him after some RP to update your quest.

Head out of the house and villagers will start attacking you with Jinsoyung egging you on. This could tkae
some time, so you could take a breather here.
You'll wake up in the healer's house speaking with Dokdan. Update your quest and then speak with
Jinbin to update "The Sand and the Fury." Then Yoma to Yonkai Work Camp. Speak with Yonkai to turn
in "The Sand and the Fury."

Outside, speak with Jong Richu to update your story quest, and then head north. Kill and loot 10
Dustwing Raptors. You should understand now by the amount of running around we're doing to kill
these mobs why we skipped all open world quests in the south here. There's about 20 quests like this.
Return to the work camp and speak with Ben Toh (ha ha, funny name) to update your quest. Speak with
Jong Rich to turn in "Once Upon a Time in the Cinderlands."

Now, Yoma to Raider's Arc. Speak with Opal to update the story quest, and then head up the rock face
to get to Soha.

Update the quest and then run north, looking for Treasure Hunter's Bundles. Try and avoid the
bonemasks - there are plenty of bundles everywhere without mobs guarding them. They're just spread
out and small.
Return to Raider's Arc to turn in "The Gunslinger." Pick up "Troubled Thoughts," "Digging for Answers,"
and "Scavenger Sabotage." Then make your way back to Vultures and Jackals. Outside of it, kill the mobs
to get 3 artifacts of both types. The darker guys are jackals, the lighter ones are vultures. This is about a
40% drop rate, so you may need to kill a few.

Head into Vultures and run it close to the same as we did earlier. Gather up the mobs on top and kill
them. However, make sure to loot them instead. You also cannot miss a single one - you need all 15.
In the middle, two bosses will be fighting. Kill them, and then gather their lockers on either side of the
room.

Use the gravestone on the west side first before using the controller. This controller will free Oh Tak.
Speak with Oh Tak to start an escort. You need to stay close to him or he won't move. Bring him to the
south entrance and use two more tombstones on the way out.

One of the mobs will drop "The Chronicles of Naryu-Na." Loot it and read it to pick up "An Old Pledge."
When we're out, Yoma to Raider's Arc to turn in all your quests. Pick up "A Sensitive Delivery" and
"Opal's First Task." Then head north to the Crescent Spring.

The Crescent Spring quests a close by, easy, and unlock an important daily, so we're going to do them
all. Turn in "A Sensitive Delivery" and "Opal's First Task." Pick up "Fishing is the Best," "Fishing is the
Worst," "Secrets in the Wind," and update your story quest.

Head north and gather some rock salt.

Then continue north and burn a nest. 3 mites will appear that you can kill for the first 3 tentacles.

Keep killing Sand Mites until you have 8 tentacles.

Keep heading north and go up the rockface to the pigeon. Use the pigeon, and a Yonkai soldier will
appear. Kill the soldier and return to camp.

Head into the oasis and use 3 fishing nets.

Then head into the camp to turn in all your quests to reach level 32.
Level 32
At this point, answer all your surveys. You should have 7 "Golden Daeva Essences." Head to the wheel
and start spinning it. We want 3 items out of this wheel. First, we need a weapon for our class. DO NOT
USE YOUR CINDERLANDS KEY ON THIS. The Golden Daeva takes 3 minutes to kill, while Tomb of the
Exiles (what we'll use the key on) takes 20 minutes. We also want an earring to evolve our current
earring. Last, we want a "Dragon Bone Inscription." More on this later.

Pick up "Look to the Past," "Everyone's a Critic," and "Time for a change." Speak with Orpun to update
"Time for a Change." Then head east and make a rubbing at the wall.
By the gateway are Ironfangs. There are exactly 4 of them, and you need 7 for the quest. Further, they
have a fairly long respawn time. That means you're probably going to need to switch channels to kill
them. The ones by the golden Deva do not count.

Between respawns, you can go ahead and kill the 10 Terracotta Soldiers you need.
Return to camp to turn in your quests (update the one at Orpun first), and pick up "A Bump in the
Road," "Secrets in the Sand," and "Hidden in the Walls." Then head to the north side of the golden deva
and loot the researcher's remains in the ruined building.

Continue to the east side of him and use the Wall Relief in the building to update the quest.
Read the excavation journal in your inventory and return to camp to turn in your quests. Pick up "The
Deva Awakens" (The daily we wanted) and "Three Point Landing" by clicking on the letter in your quest
log.

If you don't have a dragon bone inscription, buy one from the auction house. The typically sell for a few
copper.

Head up the hill to the south side of the golden deva and move next to Bunyang. Then run/jump north.

Old Man Cho is on top of the temple.

Turn in "Three Point Landing" and pick up "Hit the Ground Running." If you've looted a serpent calling
bell by this point, repeat the process we just did to update and turn in that quest. If not, look on auction
house. Unfortunately, people are idiots and sell them in stacks of 20, so you may have to search a few
pages to find a single one. If you'd rather make it yourself, this guide will explain how.

Head to the golden deva. It is guarded by two ironfangs. Make sure you're on channel 1, and kill the
ironfangs. Each drops an orb.

You (or someone else) needs to use the orbs to light both lanterns.
After they're lit, the Golden Deva will spawn. Easy tank and spank boss, and you should get 2 essences
out of it.

Head to camp to turn in your quest and try the wheel. If you still haven't gotten your classes weapon
(open your boxes) and an earring, keep kill the Golden Deva until you do. Note that you don't have to
worry too much about upgrading your weapon at this time beyond the evolution.

Head north onto another rock face (west of the one we went up earlier), and gather some Desert Bat
Eggs.
Then continue north to Yehara's Mirage. Walk north into the main building to get a cutscene. Speak with
Gungang to update the quest.

Head upstairs and head through the swirly gate to the north. In order to save words, the room through
the gate to the left will be called "Soha's Room," to the right will be called "Yunwas Room," and heading
to the south will be called "Yehara's Room."
Head into Soha's room (you'll have to open the door) and speak with her.

Then head to Yunwa's room and attack her into submission. Talk with her to update the quest.
Head back to the main level and speak with "Gacha" to pick up "The Price of Friendship." Then ring the
golden bell on the desk and speak with Wang Joyun.

Head towards Opal and speak with Papa Pazhu to turn in the quest.
Head downstairs into the basement (west side of the building) to speak with Go Don. Turn in "A Bump in
the Road" and pick up "Kick it up a notch."

Head upstairs to speak with Mok Choa to update it, and then turn it in at Sochon Gamyung.
Head outside the building and to the east to the coin exchange merchant. Purchase on the second tab a
full Unsung Hero's Soul Shield and equip it.

Head out of the mirage and west to kill Gloom Sandbiters. Kill them until you have 8 horns (80% drop
rate).
Return to the mirage and head to Yehara's Room to speak with her.

Speak with So Gabok to pick up "Making up for Lost Time." Windstride/Jump into the lamp, as shown
below, to examine the culprit's body.
Head to Yunwa's room to turn in "A Mirage in the Desert," and then back to Yehara's room to turn in
"Making Up for Lost Time." Head south and speak with Gugnsang at the entrace to update the story
quest.

Head out of the mirage and take a long walk west to the Dry Docks.
Speak with Soha to update the quest, and then head through the northern swirly gate to update the
quest. Find Yunwa on the east side after a cutscene and speak with her to update the quest.

Escort her north and kill anything in your path. You'll get to Dokdan. Speak with him to update your
quest, and then update it again at Yunwa.
Yoma back to the Dry Docks to turn in your quest. The head back west and take the western gate into
the Shadowmist Crypt, ignoring all other quests. In here, kill Keeron the Red. We have our first real
assassin mobs, where we have to deal with body substitutions and poison breath. Just, be prepared.

Yoma back to Yehara's Mirage and speak with Soha in her room to turn in "Mushin's Army." Then read
the tab on the table to update the quest. Read it in your inventory to update it again.
Return to Yehara's room to update the quest, and then head to Yunwa's room. Speak with Yunwa and
Gil to turn in "Wings of Mushin, Silver and Gold."

Return to Yehara's room to speak with So Gabok to pick up and turn in "The Mirage's Farewell." The
head east out of the mirage and head through the northern swirly gate to get to our next zone.

Note: If you are thinking about taking a break here, continue just a tiny bit more so we can get the first
craft going.
Levels 32-35 - Spirestone Canyons
Level 32
After coming out of the swirly gate, we'll get to Vagrant's Rest. Update the story quest and pick up "The
Winding Path" and "Roadside Crisis."

Head up the hill north of Vagrant's Rest and gather the tree. Immediately request Earthen Clay and Pine
Sap from the crafting guilds.
This is an excellent point to take a break if you so choose, since Pine Sap takes 6 hours to process. If you
do, when you return you have a choice. If you have not yet gotten a serpent calling bell, and don't want
to buy one, you can request earthen clay 1 more time and then craft it. This is not advised. I advise
buying bell and crafting an Earthen Clay Refiner from Merry Potters.

Head west and kill 10 wolves, looting their hides.

Continue north and speak with Chungi to update "Roadside Crisis."

Head east from Chungi. Kill 10 stonebiters and gather the 10 flowers they are guarding.

Continue east through the swirly gate, ignoring the daily quest. Inside are a lot of ploggle shaman mobs.
These guys can be annoying in groups, so I'd advise killing them one at a time. Once the first room is
cleared, use the three cage doors to free the ploggles.
There'll be a little bit of RP in the middle. Then use the Ribble God Sculpture to acquire the lightning
sphere.

Yoma back to Vagrant's Rest to turn in your quests to reach level 33.

Level 33
Pick up "The Art of Hard Work" and head west. Here we're going to kill 12 potdogs. Most will drop
bombs and run away. Don't let the bomb explode on you or try to pick it up - it hurts.
Head north and follow the road west to the Great Kiln. On the road, use the Scorched Tree to update
your quest.

You'll start carrying a stick. Head into town and use the kiln fire in the north to update the quest. Then
speak with Pochung to turn in "Lighting the Fire."
Turn in "The Art of Hard Work" and pick up "Pottery Politics" and "Brotherhood, Where Art Thou." Then
head into the southern build and left click to destroy 3 pottery jars with yellow above them.

Return to Bak Muha to turn in "Pottery Politics" and then speak with Poyun just east to pick up "More
Pottery Politics." Head west into the large workhouse to update the quest at Lim Jirong. Then smash any
pot next to him. Speak with him again and then continue clockwise around the room.
Speak with Bak Jachung to update the quest. Then go to a jar next to him to gather pigment.

Finally speak with the last NPC in the house and return to Poyun. You'll get a pot. Use the fire behind her
and the jar will flash on the ground. Pick up the pot and run north.
Speak with Pochung to update the quest, and then turn it in at Poyun. Head out of the village and speak
with Danjin to pick up "Once Bokgon a Time."

Make you way west, killing Bokgon Brotherhood members as you go. You need 15 total, but we want to
update the other quest first, so don't grind them.
In the fenced in area, behind a tent, speak with Kang Gol.

Then head to the east side and kill the defense captain, looting his note. Read it in your inventory. Then
kill Bokgon Brotherhood members until you have 15 total.
Head west to Jakdan's house and speak with him inside.

Behind it, gather the Sorghum for a free 1500 XP.

Continue west to the swirly gate and into the mandrake grotto. Push in past the ploggles to the
southwest corner which has sprites floating around. Use the lantern in the middle to obtain and orb and
throw it at one.

It'll disappear and leave a Mandrake Sprout. Gather 3 of them, and then Yoma back to the Great Kiln.
Turn in your quests and update "Once Bokgon a Time". Head into the northeast house with the swirly
gate to speak with Datso and turn in that quest.

Pick up "A Minor Problem" and then head north out of the kiln. Gather 3 ore fragments on the road.
Head through the swirly gate to get to what I like to call the grindy area. From here to the Lotus Lake,
we'll probably kill 150-200 mobs to complete the quests.

Turn in "A Miner Problem" and update your story quest twice. Pick up "Cold Hard Steal" and "Alter the
Champion."

Head north to the Grimhorn Wilds and kill grimhorns. The quest need 15 drops, but it's about a 40%
drop rate. So just grind them until you have enough. I wouldn't gather a lot at once either due to ranged
mobs.
When you're bored, head east to kill the Chieftain, and then return to grinding.

Return to camp to turn in your quests, and then press "F8" to enter the dungeon lobby.

Mini Instance #3 - Altar of Champions

After getting a group (you only need 3 people), head inside and speak with Juwol, who will almost
immediately disappear.
Run ahead, as you're escorting her. Follow her to a cage. Open the cage when you can, and speak with
Jang Jongwon.

Then head north to attack the champion. This guy is an absolute joke and is tank and spank to the
extreme. Turn in your green quest and open the box to get a ring. This is the breakthrough for your
current ring. If it is not +5, don't go running to the auction house buying fodder. Be patient, and you'll be
rewarded. Just keep feeding it whatever drops.
Leave party to return to the lobby and then turn in "Alter the Champion." Press "Shift + V" to return to
the main lobby, and then exit the lobby to return to the mortal world. Turn in your quest to Yonkai. Pick
up "Error Supply," "A Rational solution," and "Janjin's Folly." Update the latter twice in the tent. Then
head west and kill 10 Vipercaps. These mobs will pull you, so be careful.

Then use 7 fishing nets.

Continue to follow the road north and kill 15 Twin Bladers. Thankfully, these mobs are guaranteed to
count. Just be wary of the middle where there are three dart blowers dancing around a pole - they all
aggro each other.

Be on the lookout for stairs on the east side of this area.

Run up it and gather the belongings.

Then continue north into camp to turn in your quests and real level 34.
Level 34
Update your story quest and pick up "Preying on Predators," "Mind if I Grimhorn In," "Gift of the
Master," and "Soldier Survey." Talk to the three soldiers in camp to take the survey and turn it in. Then
pick up "Warchief Hakan."

Head east and start killing predators. They are a 60% drop rate and you need 10 drops. Move towards
the southern road as there are more there.

However, be careful of Vipercaps. If a predator is on you and it pulls you, you're probably dead.
Makre your way north and look for Witch Doctors. Don't grind normal grimhorns, as you're doing double
duty just looking for Witch Doctors. Kill them to get 10 charms. They drop charms at 100% rate, but
earrings at less.

If you don't have 10 earrings when you're done, grind a few grimhorns. Then kill the High Priest and loot
him.
Follow the road north to get to Chieftain Hakan. If nobody is on him, you should wait until someone
comes to help. If you're more experienced as a player, go ahead and solo him. He's not too difficult, but
has a few adds that can hurt.

Open his loot box with keys to get the necklace. This is the breakthrough for your necklace. Same as the
ring - if you don't have it at +5, don't worry about it and save the necklace.

Continue north to the Dragon Pulse and take it up.

Speak with Roh Hongsuk at the top to pick up "Incantation Vexation." Then head down and kill 10
demolishers.

On the south side is a cage. Head into it to gather the Incantation guide.
Return via dragon pulse to Roh Hongsuk. Then jump and glide towards the tree in the middle. We want
to land on the right side.

Get on the branch on the south side of the tree (glide again if needed), and then glide to the Little
Shaman. Pick up and update "Tragedy and Triumph" at him.
Then Yoma back to the Forward camp. Use the cannon to update "Gift of the Master."

Then update your story quests, turn in your quests (Preying on Predators is in the next camp), and head
east through the swirly gate.
Now that we're out of the grindy zone, speak with Yehara to update the story quest. Then use the giant
flower. Mobs will spawn. Just ignore them and gather - they won't attack you.

Yesana will appear. Speak with her and then Yehara again.
Head east through another swirly gate and then north to Clear Sky Village.

Turn in your quests and update "The Cost of War." Pick up "Gnaw and Order," "The Eyes of Samja," "The
Tyrian Cultists," and "Gifts from Dad."

You'll find the father and the sun to the east. Speak to the father, and then the son, and then the father
again. Then use the lantern between them.
Speak with the father to turn in the quest. Then head south to kill 10 Gnarloxes. There are more further
east if you run out.

Head north and kill 10 Aurora Vanguards. There are only 10 of these, so you may need to switch
channels if someone else is farming them.

Return to Clear Sky to update "Gnaw and Order" and turn in "The Tyrian Cultists." Then press "F8" to
enter the dungeon lobby.
Mini Instance #4 - Bokgon Hideout
Queue up for Bokgon Hideout. Unlike the past ones, you want at least 4 people before going in. Head
inside and make your way north. Attack Chulu so he submits, and then talk with him. He'll again attack
and you'll need to kill him.

Head to Boss Samja. Rather than attacking him, attack his guards. They hurt a lot, and need to be dealt
with. He'll eventually summon more adds, but they aren't force master death like the originals.
Turn in your green quest for the earring. Same as before, it's a breakthrough. Don't worry about it if you
can't use it yet - just keep it in that case. Leave party to return to the lobby and turn in "The Eyes of
Samja." Then return with Shift+V and leave the lobby with the lower left button.

Update your story quest and pick up the boiling pot in town.

This will damage you over time, so don't dawdle. Run east and use it on the sculpture of Gubong.

Muyong's Will will appear. Gather it and then read it in your inventory. Return to town to turn in "The
Cost of War" to reach level 35. OK, I lied, I wasn't quite 35 yet, but you can kill 3 mobs and get there.
Level 35
If you took a break before this zone, your earthen clay refiners and pine sap should all be ready. Use
them to request a premium earthen clay refiner.

Pick up "A Reason to Come Home" and head south. Kill 10 Grave Robbers and 10 Watchers as you head
to the bottom.

Head into the Yonkai Skeleton Crew to turn in your quests.

Pick up "Disturbing the Dead," "Moral Imperative," and "Old soldiers, Bold Soldiers." Turn in the latter
quest and ignore the follow up quest. Update your story quest. Then head back east.

In here, we're going to want to use 7 tombstones to summon guardians. They're guarded by mobs,
usually, but these are mobs we need for our other quest (12 drops to be exact). Loot the guardian's
drops.

If you need any more scavenger drops, grind them. Then head east to a hill and kill 10 Tomb Guardians
on the hill. These wouldn't count for both quests, even though they have the same name.
At the top of the hill you'll see two ironfangs by a door. Head into the door, clearing any mob you might
need.

Then use the box to obtain the legacy of the Naryu.

Return south and head into the black swirly gate leading to the Shadowmist Mausoleum.

Inside there's a lot of assassin type mobs. I suggest sprinting through the entire instance to get to
Unhak, and then CCing and AoEing the group as a whole. Loot the silver crest.
Head south to speak with Jakdan.

Yoma back to the Skeleton Crew and pick up "Bokgon with the Wind" and "Even a Broken Clock..."

Head south and kill and loot more Bokgon Brotherhood members. You need 15 total.
At the west bend on the road, kill Obaidan and loot him.

Read his orders and Yoma back to the Great Kiln. Turn in your quests and pick up "Bokgon Fishing" from
the man you turn in "Even a Broken Clock" to. Then head into the house behind him. Speak with Datso
and then kill him. Return outside (before the bomb goes off) to turn in the quest.
In town, pick up "Gone to Pot." Head north to speak with Lee Bokdol to get a hammer.

Then return south to smash more pottery in the house. Fooled again by the same trick. Will you ever
learn?
Speak with Poyun to update "Gone to Pot," and then head into the Workhouse again to turn the quest
into "Gu Dogong." Update your main quest at Soha and pick up "For the Love of Guhwa" from Haiyung.
Then Yoma back to Yehara's Mirage in the scorching sands. Head to the west side and turn in the quest
to Jongsu.

Head inside the building and go to Yunwa's room to update the quest, and then Yehara's room to
update it again. Return to Yunwa to turn the quest in. Then pick up "The Avian Advantage" on the
ground floor from a rather ugly character.
Head out of the mirage to a rockface. Head up it and jump from floating rock to floating rock.

On these rocks, gather 3 carrier pigeons.

When you get to the last one, jump over to the Raptor Rise camp in the air.

Turn in "The Avian Advantage" and pick up "Where the Yes Men Play," "Desert Rescue," and "Blowing
away the competition." Speak with Yonkai inside the tent to update the story quest.

Glide back down to the ground and gather 4 injured scouts.

Continue north and kill 8 bonemasks. Beware the fat guys's charge - that can really hurt.

Continuing north you'll find little clouds of dust. Stand on it to summon a scorpion. Ignore the big cloud
of dust though - that's where the boss is that we'll be skipping (since he's useless and nobody does him
anymore.)
Head east to the Playpen and head south on it. Use the first door on the left to free Gil and update the
quest.

We can now free 3 other prisoners. Free the 3 northernmost ones - the others tend to be trolly. Run
south to the dragonblood (get 2), and the prisoners will follow. Many mobs will spawn and rush in
groups of 8. Kill them all, and then kill the next wave.
Then the warden will rush in. Let the other NPCs aggro the deputies, and then destroy them all. At
worst, you'll need to use your dragon bloods.

After looting a necklace that is really good fodder, return to raptor's rise to turn in your quests and hit
level 36. Then make your way north through the swirly gate to Razorwing Raving - The last zone in the
Cinderlands.
Levels 36-38 - Razorwing Ravine
Level 36
Razorwing Ravine I like to divide into seven sections. We have the Jaofangs, the birds, the yes men, the
wolves, the Cerulean side, the Crimson side, and the scavengers. It's a nice way to break up the grind.

At this point, your crafts may be anywhere. You may be waiting for pine sap still, or you may want to
start crafting Earthen Clay Refiners or a Serpent Calling Bell, or you may be waiting on Premium Earthen
Clay Refiners, or even you may be ready to collect them and start crafting Cinderlands Transformation
Stones. From here on out, crafting will not be covered. You know what to do and how to do it.

Make your way north to Jaofang Village to turn in "The Wisdom of the Wolves."
Pick up "Tour Remorse," "The smell of victory," and "Brutal Harvest" on the south side. Then run north
to update "Tour Remorse" and pick up "Ground control."

On the path are suspicious piles of leaves. Wait by them and a bulbari will pop up in timed intervals. Kill
7 of them when they are up.

On the road will be two running cubs. Let them run to you and spam "f" to talk to on and update the
quest.
Continue clockwise, updating tour remorse twice and getting to Chungjin. Next to him is a set of planks
leading up. Head up them.

At the top, update your story quest.

Head south to turn in "Tour Remorse" and "Ground Control." Then head south out of the village. Kill and
loot 10 Gnarloxes.

Head west into a grotto and kill 10 scavengers.

Then continue south and kill and loot 10 Stonebiters. There is a really good set of them to the west that
you can round up and AoE to kill 6 at once.

Head south through the black swirly gate into the Jaofang Rootway. Speak with Jinlang to pick up
"Darkest Hour" and then head down the ramp. At the bottom, gather a root.
Head south, trying to hit as many corrupted Jaofangs as you can. Don't kill them, just kit them and let
the guards do the work. If you don't hit them, the guards will kill them.

In the room you come to (after hitting any relevant mobs), gather the two roots. One is in the north, and
one is in the south.
Head either direction and kill the jaofangs/gnarloxes in your path. Then activate the dark chi purifier. If
you don't have 6 Jaofang kills, go to the other side and kill 6 more.

Unfortunately, we need to turn in the quest at the start of the instance. If you have a cinderlands escape
charm, it'd be a good time to use it. Otherwise, just run all the way back to turn in the quest, and then
Yoma to Jaofang village. Turn in your quests, including "To Build a Compass," and pick up "Pecking
Order." This completes the first part of Razorwing Ravine. Make your way east to the Observation Post.
Pick up "Roc of Ages" and "Raptor Reckoning," ignoring the boss quest. Head south and kill 15 raptors.

There's a special mob named Bladebeak. Try and be at full health as he can hurt quite a bit. Eat a
dumpling if you have to.
Continue south to gather the feather.

Make your way east and kill 10 bonemasks.

On the hill, speak with Gol Genki.

Run back to the Observation Post to turn in your quests, and then Yoma back to Jaofang Village to turn
in the remaining quests to complete part 2 of Razorwing Ravine. If you're reading the quest text, why
exactly does the Jaofang not just give you the compass? It'd make far more sense than saying "Go there
and hurry!"

Pick up "Taking Root" and head east. Gather 5 contaminated roots on the road.
We'll arrive at Yonkai Checkpoint. Turn in "Taking Root" and pick up "No Country for Yes Men" and "A
Worthy Prize." Update your story quest.

Head out of the camp and kill Yes Men. Ignore the quest text (it's wrong.) We need 7 Big Game Hunters,
7 Punch Spikers, and 7 Trappers. There's a lot of them around, but if someone is on your channel, switch
to make it easier.
On the hill, head into the swirly gate to get to the fight club.

Head through to the west side and some yes men will attack you. Kill them so they start walking back,
and then speak with Gil to update the story quest. Then speak with Juwol to turn in "The Enemy of My
Enemy."
Head to the center room and kill Chawoong. The other Yes Men will attack you once he dies, but you can
oneshot them. Loot Chawoong (his necklace gives good upgrade XP), and then Yoma back to the Yonkai
Checkpoint. This completes the third section of the zone.

Turn in your quests and pick up "Cry Hard." Then head north and speak with the wounded soldier.
Continue north to kill and loot 9 infiltrators.

There'll be two bosses on the left called "Solo Man" and "Solo Han" (Get it? Han Solo?) Kill them and
loot the diary. Read it to pick up "Lon Li Diary."
Make your way north to the Blindeye Bazaar through a swirly gate.

Turn in your quest and then head through the swirly gate that leads to the pub. Speak with Yonkai, and
head outside again. Yes Men will be around, but ignore them and head south through the swirly gate.
Turn in "Cry Hard" on the cliff, and then head into the Smuggler's Den. Speak with Gil to update the
main quest.
In here we get our first shield mob. Yay! These guys block all frontal attacks, which gives you no focus.
CC them and kill them from behind.

At the end we'll get to Lusung. After he RPs a bit, speak with Soha.

Return to the Bazaar and head into the Pub to turn in "The Blood of Mushin" to Yonkai and reach level
37.
Level 37
Pick up "Seeking Hide" from Bodul outside (who is fairly cute, I might add), and also pick up "Bringing
Home the Bacon" and "Roc Bottom." I included a picture of Bodul just because.

Head east to kill a pig, and then pick up up with "F." Return to Wang Giyu to turn in the quest. Then
head south to the cliff.
Update "Seeking Hide" and pick up "Windwalk this Way." Then glide out to that solo tower in the
distance.

When you're over it, dive to land on it. Speak with Miju to update your quest.
Head down to the wolves. Kill 12 wolves, making sure one of them is that alpha wolf (shown below).
Loot that wolf, and then run north.

Kill 10 Bokgon Brotherhood members, continuing north. Make sure you go all the way to the tomb of
the exiles to get the windwalk point before returning to the Bazaar.
Turn in your quests at the Bazaar (including to Bodul~ <3), and then head out onto the cliff again. Turn in
"Windwalk this way" and pick up "Steadfast Surveillance." Look north to a rock face. Jump onto it to get
to the birds.

There are 4 birds up here, and another 4 on the next face up. Kill 8 total and loot them.
Return to the cliff to turn it in, and then make your way east out of the Bazaar area to yet another swirly
gater. This now completes the 4th portion of the zone.

Speak with Parang to pick up "Joining the Jaofang." Read the letter in your inventory to update the
quest, and speak with him again.

Continue east to talk with Moklang and turn it in.

We'll arrive at Bleachbone Outpost. Turn in "Rags and Riches" to Podan and pick up "Culture Shock."

Make your way north and kill an Exile. You only need one - the drop is guaranteed. Loot it and read the
note in your quest log. Then return to the outpost to turn in your quest.
Pick up "End of the Line" and head north. Gather the body on the right side of the road.

On the left side, turn in "End of the Line" and pick up "Last Man Standing" and "Survival of the Fittest."
Now, we need to make it up the hill guarded by Cereuleans. If you are Cereulean Order, put on your
uniform to reach the quest giver. Otherwise, you need to fight your way. Kill the mage mob first.
At the top, pick up "Out of Season." Then windwalk/jump onto the cliff.

Gather the belongings and return to the soldier on the hill to turn in "Out of Season."
Head north and kill 10 Yes Men. Be on the lookout of a drop of Tanghong's Orders, and read them.

Then kill Tanghong in the north. This quest text is bugged and is not about speaking to someone.
Tanghong is actually the worse mob compared to his add, so just focus on him. Loot him when he dies.
Return sout to turn in your quests and then back to the Outpost to turn in "Masks of Bone." Pick up
"Bonemask to Pick" and "An Eerie Conversation." Look between tents and you'll find Ahcha. Speak with
him to turn in the quest. You'll need to pick up the boss quest (we'll be dropping it) in order to pick up
"The Rescue Team."

Make your way south and kill 10 stonemasks. As before, avoid the fat guys' charge.
Continue east and kill 10 more stonemasks with different names, looting them.

Head into the swirly gate to the east and into the Boneyards. This is a common grinding spot for those
who hate questing, but it's slower than questing in the first place. Head down to the prison to release
Soha and Juwol, and then speak with Soha. They'll start to RP a bit, which is a good time to continue
clearing south.
Once Yehara appears, return to her to turn in "The Gun, The Sword, and The Fan." Also wonder why the
bonemasks would allow their prisoners to keep their weapons.

Continue south and kill Yamcha, looting the silver crest again. Then Yoma back to Bleachbone Outpost.
Turn in your quests and pick up "Scavenger Hunt." Head south and back to the Boneyards, and then
bend north. Kill Ahnki on the road and loot his book. Read it in your inventory to pick up "Book Return."

Continue north to speak with Bodul (<3, more pictures~) to pick up "A familiar earring."
Once you can peel your eyes off of Bodul, head north and kill 12 Scavengers.

At the far north, kill Hwongi to loot the earring.

Return south to speak with Bodul again and turn in your quest and pick up "Beads of Burden." Last
picture of her because this is the last time we get to see her.

Make your way east killing and looting 7 treasure hunters. For whatever reason, there are only 7 of
these mobs, but they are nearly never contested.
You'll arrive at our last campsite. Turn in your quests to reach level 38.

Level 38
Pick up "Wings and a Prayer" and head into the Sealed Tomb to the north. This is just like the
Shadowmist Crypt before - lots of invisible mobs. Just run through straight to the boss and AoE them
down.
The boss will leave. Head to the next room via the same method until they left.

After you defeat him a second him, head south, killing anything you need, to get to the boot. Gather it
to update your quest.
Continue into the last room to kill Gumyung and loot the golden crest.

Continue south to speak with Podan.

Yoma back to the Sealed Tomb to turn in "Wings and a prayer." Then head west and go through the
southern swirly gate to get to the wings of Mushin. Speak with Yunwa.

After a cutscene, mobs will spawn. Kill 10 of them (they're easy), and elite mobs will spawn. Kill 3 of
them as well.

This is also your only chance to attack Yonkai. He's tough, though, as he loves to run away and reset and
has lots of mobs with him. You can't kill him, but he is fun to try.
Return to Yunwa to turn in "The Wings of Mushin." You'll get to a cutscene and arrive at a desert. Speak
with Dokdan to update the quest.

This quest is super annoying because of the RP. Wait around for a minute or two while the old men RP,
and then run inside.

Ignore the mobs and head to the Gatekeeper. Kill him and any mobs that are still around to summon the
sages again.
Soon as the statue starts to move, the invisible wall will disappear an you can run into the hole. Fall
down and use the door to get to another cutscene. Afterwards, kill Lusung. He's not hard, he's just a
normal mage mob.

Speak with Dokdon and grab Mushin's Legacy.

Return to Dokdan to hand him the legacy again and get to another cutscene.

You'll return to razorwing ravine. Speak with Yunwa, Yehara, Juwol, and Soha in that order, and then
Yoma all the way back to Yehara's Mirage in the Scorching Sands.

Head upstairs to Soha's room to update the story quest and then speak with Madun to turn in "Reunions
and Revelations."
Head downstairs to speak with Mok Choa and pick up "Talk of the Town."

Speak with Chumi, Sochon, Gacha, and Opal's Father to update and turn in the quest. Then speak with
Wang Joyun to pick up "Bodul's Update" (<3).
Read the letter to turn in the quest, and if you have not suicided because it isn't a love letter, head to
Captain Gil Wu to pick up "The Lost Company."

On the east side of town, speak with the coin exchange merchant to pick up a "Cinderlands Baotite"
weapon for 10 Cinderlands Valor Stones. Don't worry about the second soul shield - we'll get a better
one after the next zone. If you can breakthrough without using any elements of hongmoon,
breakthrough, but don't worry about it if not.

Yoma to Tomb of the Exiles to turn in "The Lost Company" and pick up "Into the Tomb." Then press "F8"

Instance #2 - Tomb of the Exiles
Queue up for Tomb of the Exiles. You will want a full party of 6 for this. Since the daily quest gives
soulstones, you will probably be queued up with a bunch of max level players.

Head through the gateway and jump off the ledge. Dive down to the area on the right hand side.

The Scout Captain is waiting. Don't try to move him too much or he'll reset. Also, avoid the giant white
AoE on the ground as this could almost oneshot you.
Head north and kill the mobs. They'll drop 2 bombs, guaranteed. Grab one if nobody else did.

Use a bomb on the gunner. The other should be used on the fore masters. Kill the captain with skills.
Continue running through (the first set of mobs can be skipped by clipping the corner), and kill the
guards blocking the door to get to the first boss.

There is nothing special about this guy. He is a normal mage. He will drop a blue and a purple ring. You
want these items. Don't bit any more than 1 silver for them, though, they are not worth more than that.
Head south and down through two layers of holes, but don't go through the purple swirly gate until
auctions are done. Going through one will make you pass, even as the highest bidder.
Continue along the path (you can ignore the mobs) to get to Nekuro. This is the fourth time we get to kill
him. See that fire behind him? Fire oneshots you, so don't touch it.

We'll get to another room blocked by fire. Kill the mobs in the room to spawn the skeletons. Kill the
skeletons to spawn Ken Shiro. Kill him (don't stand is the fire he puts on the ground) to move on.
The next boss has two adds with him. At various points, the ironfangs on either side of the room will
awaken. You can ignore them and focus on the boss. When he dies, the ironfangs stop attacking.

He'll drop a blue and purple earring. Again, you want them, but not for any more than 1 silver.

Head north and speak with the scout to update the quest. Then follow the path and dive down. There is
a spider to the north that drops a skin, but you should not go for it. It is selfish to waste everyone else's
time when you go for a skin. Wait until you're max level and farm it yourself.
Head through the purple swirly gate, and run north. Your team may burn you. If they do, press "4" to
release so you spawn with full health, and just wait for them to finish the dungeon.

If they do not, kill the terracotta general. As he attacks, the adds on the side will gradually awaken, but
he's usually dead before the second can attack.

We'll then get to the Infernal Lord. Pretty self explanatory - just look for the marks on the ground where
he's attacking, and don't be in them. He'll do a stun around 40% that's easy to get out of.
He drops and blue and purple necklace, along with an Infernal Weapon. Turn in your green quest to get
a box and open it to get a weapon chest. Use your Brilliant Cinderlands Key from the survey on this to
get a weapon to match your class, and use regular keys to open any more you may have. Always make
sure to bid on the weapon that drops as well, unless there is someone in the level 36-38 range in your
party who matches the drop's class.

Throughout the zone, I've been saying to not worry about upgrades. Why? Because infernal gear gives
absolute huge boosts. You could go from +6 to +10 in one shot.

Use the gear to upgrade your weapon and accessories to +10, breaking through if/when you need to
with the items we got back in Spirestone Canyon. Don't use your class's weapon, naturally. That's for the
transform.

Leave party to get outside the instance, and turn in your daily for another weapon box. Again, open it
and use it for more upgrades.

When your weapon hits +10, transform it with your class's infernal weapon and the transformation
stone we got from a Spirestone Canyons quest.

Press "Shift+V" to return to the lobby and queue up for Tomb again.

Continue running Tomb of the Exiles and opening boxes until the following requirements are met:

a. You have a +5 Infernal Weapon

b. You have +10 Awakened Blight/Hongmoon Accessories

c. You have at least 1 Infernal Necklace, Infernal Ring, and Infernal Earring

d. You have run it at least 5 times

e. You hit level 38.5 (Free to play players only, Premium players will definitely hit this).

Do not spend ludicrous amounts of gold on things like costumes or in bid wars. This gold is needed for
future evolutions.

Also, do not try to get the soul shield from here. They can get expensive, and they are not worth the
unsealing charms
By the time you finish with your Tomb of the Exile runs, you should have a good fodder collection. Leave
the lobby and Yoma back to Blindeye Bazaar. Speak with Fae Daeksu to store the weapons for the
future.

You may also want to store the accessories, but that depends on your gold and the price of cinderlands
transformation stones. You need 3 stones, and people tend to sell them in huge sets. We can craft them
once our premium earthenware refiners are done, but that'll take 6 hours.

I'd suggest just buying what you need, and selling the leftovers later. When the cinderlands stones are
done that you craft, sell them, and we'll have recouped the cost of what we buy here.

Use these stones to upgrade your accessories with the infernal gear that dropped. Then feel it all your
fodder. I'd prioritize ring first, then the earring, and then the necklace. Don't worry if it doesn't hit +5
(the necklace probably won't since it requires a lot more experience), as that breakthrough won't
happen for a long long time..

You should end with about 2 gold. My gold in the screenshots is all messed up because of some
transferring I did for convenience, but the actual gold I've made is 2 gold, 1 silver, 80 copper (after
buying and upgrade). This amount will vary based off of how much bidding occurred in Tomb of the
Exiles. I had two costume drops that went for over a gold each, so that's why I have a bit higher.

If you do not have the serpent calling bell yet, get it and complete that quest before continuing.

Head into the pub to speak with Madun, who will teleport you to Moonwater Plains - our next major
zone.
