General Summary of the Company <Quarter 3 and 4>

PKP Corporation is found by Mr.Kittitat Prutthiworamongkon in the first quarter of this year.
Since then, the company has invested in the commerce, production, and services field. The
company has four headquarters in Ivory Coast, Venezuela, Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom.As of
the end of this year, 12 sub-enterprises are opened.

In Ivory Coast, the company opened a tea restaurant, and a food store. In Venezuela, the
company started a grocery store, fitness center, hairdressing salon, and an equipment warehouse.
The Corporation also a beer pub in UK and a ceramic factory in Andijan, Uzbekistan. As of now, the
company has an asset of $40,030,313 with a cash of $12,714,665.

Summary of the top three most profitable units

1. PKP Warehouse Our warehouse specialized in automative goods. We distribute and sell
cars to other store. We offer high quality cars with lower prices. We can do this by ordering
from two different factory. Virtonomics will average the quality so we have a new quality of
cars. This subunit has been our main source of income as it guaruntees 1,000,000$ every
week.
2. Ceramic factory Our new subunit has been a very good sources of income. It generates
an weekly income of 120,000. With a weekly expenses of only about 30,000, this factory
gives a profit of almost 80,000 before tax.
3. PKP V Store Although it has been opened for four quarters now, it has been operating at
max efficiency in this quarter realizing a revenue of over $80,000 with a net profit of over
$70,000.

PKP Alpha Office

The first enterprise we opened is the PKP Alpha Office. It is our main headquarter in
Ivory Coast. It takes care of the advertising campaign and manage subdivisions in the
country. The reason we choose Ivory Coast is because of the low taxes. When we first start up
business, we dont have that much capital so we choose Ivory Coast as our starting country.

PKP Food Store

The second enterprise we opened is the PKP Food Store. In this sub-division, we sell
foodstuffs and grocery. It generates a stable income of around 30,000 weekly. Although, it
may not seems very much, but it is very reliable in term of stability as you can see in the graph
below. In the last two quarters it still show max efficiency.

Tea Restaurant

The lastest enterprise opened in Ivory Coast is the Tea Restaurant. Even though it is just
opened, it already is one of our most profitable unit by bringing the company a weekly income of
$78,000.

PKP Venezuela HQ

The first enterprise we opened here it of course, the headquarter at Venezuela, PKP
Venezuala HQ. It controls, manage, and take care of the division in the country. It also controls
the advetising campaign. We saw Venezuale as a great place to expand our business with a low
tax rating and more population than Ivory Coast.

PKP Warehouse

PKP Warehouse is the most profitable unit of all the PKP Corporations sub-divisions. It brings
a weekly revenue of $500,00. We bought 500 SUV cars from in the start of the second quarter. In
Q3, we bought cars from two different factories and average the quality. This allows us to create
a new quality of the car at a new price.

Fitness Center

A small fitness center in the residental area of Caracas, Venezuela. It is specialized for sport
activities for all ages. The fitness is hoped to bring a lot of customers in the future because by
specializing in sport activities, it can have up to 100 customers. Right now, it have 9 visitors a week
bringing a weekly of $4,500 revenue.

Hairdressing Salon

The lastest enterprise opened in the Hairdressing Salon. It is opened in the residental area of
Maturin, Venezuela. Although it brings the least revenue, it is never unprofitable. Thats why we
didnt close it yet.

PKP V Store

The second enterprise we opened in this country is a grocery store called PKP V Store. At
first, it was really unprofitable This is the most improved over-time enterprise we had. Now in
quarter four end, it is one of our most profitable units.

SUB-DIVISIONS IN UNITED KINGDOM

UK Office

The main headquarter in the United Kingdom. It is located at Kingston. With qualified
employee, it controls the sub divisions like the PKP Beer Pub in the United Kingdom

PKP Beer Pub

The first restaurant we opened in UK. We choose London as it is the city with highest
population. The PKP Beer Pub generates a weekly revenue of $25,000 and has been really stable
so far.

Uzbekistan Office

The first thing we need to do to enter business in Uzbekistan is to open an office. With low
taxation rate, we opened our headquarter at Nukus, Uzbekistan.

Ceramic Factory

The first factory the company has bulit. Even though it just has been opened, it is already
our second most profitable unit. Realizing a revenue of 120,000, ceramic factory has been a great
success so far.

company is doing worse but we are doing better actually. In Q3, we still receive money
from daily bonus login. However, in Q4, we didnt receive the money but we are still able

FUTURE PLANS

This is the overview of the PKP Corporations future plan.

- We have already opened a cermic factory. Now we are still considering a clothing factory
and a canned olives factory.
- Now that we have expanded into the UK and Uzbekistan, we would like to expand in to
Europe and Asia
- In the end, we want to make profits, maintain, and improve the companys performance.
