Its our expectation that Mayo Clinic will continue to serve public program enrollees in the same manner it serves patients with private insurance. We are reviewing our managed care, fee-for-service and Integrated Health Partnership agreements with Mayo. We will be following up with a detailed letter raising specific questions about how Mayo plans to continue to ‘meet its obligations under the contracts as well as under state and federal law.
