Monomorphis V-Tach give adenosine in case this is an SVT with

abberancy

Torsades de Pointes (Type of Polymorphic VT)

Rapid a fib with rapid ventricular response worse than SVT bc they
lost atrial kickdo cardioversiondont give adenosine!!!

SVT only try adenosine on the way

Polymorphic vtach is the only one that gets defrib alive.

ACLS exam strips count 30 boxes = 6 minutes (each box is 20

seconds)

Any rhythm (except vfib/tach) that has no pulse = PEA
