A Healthier MealThe most nutritious meal for me would be the Back Yard Burger meal. This would be the best meal for me because
being an athlete, I need to take in more calories than the recommended calorie intake for women my age. Even
though it does have more calories than the other meals, it would satisfy my health needs more than the others
would. The least nutritious meal for me would be the McDonalds meal because it does not contain many calories.
This meal would leave me hungry quicker than the Back Yard Burger meal would.
