This Agency Agreement (hereafter called Agreement) is made and entered into on this 13
Day of Jun 2016, by and between:
Ecoscience Engineering & Construction Gabon... a corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of Gabon (Congo), having its registered office at C/O Delta Postal (face
chateau d"eau dangodje ), Libreville, Gabon. (Hereafter called Ecoscience Engineering &
Construction)
And
M/S Dallas Overseas, having its registered office at 40/1 sahid faruq road, Rahman plaza 3rd
floor, north jatra bari Dhaka-1204, Bangladesh (hereafter called Agent). (Ecoscience
Engineering & Construction and the Agent shall be individually referred to as a Party or
collectively as the Parties)
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Agent desires to assist Ecoscience Engineering & Construction in employing
such personnel and Ecoscience Engineering & Construction is willing to appoint the Agent
as Ecoscience Engineering & Construction non-exclusive recruiting Agent, and
During the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, Ecoscience Engineering &
Construction hereby appoints the Agent as its recruiting Agent on a non-exclusive basis, and
Agent accepts the appointment for recommending, selection and recruiting of the personnel
in accordance with the written request of Ecoscience Engineering & Construction.
