leading commercial, industrial and educational clients across North America.
Regional Facility Operations Manager (North America) | 2013-9/2016 Appointed to drive improvement into operations
supporting 3 large regional call center facilities totaling 3 million sq. ft. experiencing safety issues, poor quality of service and low
customer satisfaction. Initially brought on to facilitate startup of the first comprehensive site facility maintenance contract and
advanced to assist with the startup of 2 additional challenging accounts.!!

Reached and maintained zero injury rate, drastically reduced from rates that were double the corporate standard. Achieved results
by implementing formalized safety program; including OSHA 10-hour staff training, performance goals and motivational rewards.
Co-crafted and enforced safety program manual for all incoming contractors.
Saved 10% of labor budget by eliminating overtime; overhauled staffing models and training plans to support 24x7 operation.
Avoided lost research and sensitive equipment damage with the seamless execution of a critical backup electrical transfer project;
saved costs by surrendering half of the building back to landlord.

Facility Operations Program Manager (North Carolina) | 2012-2013: Functioned as consultative partner to beer brewery
manufacturer, with focus on expanding business relationship to additional sites as part of a corporate driven initiative amidst
resistance at the site level. Scheduled recurring client meetings to decipher issues and needs, and to offer viable options to maximize
opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements, resulting in increased client satisfaction.
Replaced over 50% of the incumbent staff as part of extensive restructuring to ensure delivery of increased contractual scope
obligations. Initiated detailed skill development and training plans along with recruiting efforts to avoid disruption of services.
Conducted comprehensive OSHA training for maintenance staff to facilitate adoption of safety procedures for every task and piece of
equipment. Achieved zero recordable injuries for full 2-year account tenure, and captured multiple safety awards.
Championed $250K capital redesign project for HVAC system in executive office space to replace several pieces of large outdated
equipment, while improving operational efficiency and effectiveness at achieving occupant comfort.
Identified $1M+ in project and operational savings in 1st year; including updating control system for rooftop air handlers. Launched
wireless automation versus proposed hardwired systems project. Executed for $125k, 85% less than initial $875K budget.

equipment for buildings with 170,000 employees in 1,300+ locations across 6 continents.
Service Operations Manager (WV, OH, KY) | 2008-2011: Recruited to lead OEM service business and provide maintenance,
installation and repair services and projects involving HVAC, mechanical and building controls for customers in education,
manufacturing, government, commercial real estate, health care, banking and retail. Spearheaded renovation projects with team of
union pipefitters and control engineers. Took initiative to step in and assist sales operations to boost underperforming sales force.
Eliminated 50% of wasted warehouse space and disposed of hazardous waste after performing inventory analysis to repurpose
areas and reduce obsolete inventory.
Achieved zero injuries by adopting on-site safety and environmental compliance discipline.

distributors and 6 directly operated field depots across the US; devised marketing and training strategy to enable distributors to self-
select comprehensive service offerings with no disruption to existing sales processes.!!

THERMO ELECTRON American multinational, biotechnology product development company dedicated to improving the human
condition through systems, consumables, and services for researchers.
Director of Field Service Operations, North America | 2004-2006: Charged with leading integration of the service
components within 5 newly-acquired companies; each of which were operating with an independent aftermarket cost center.
Merged these disparate groups into 1 standardized profit center operation. Led team of 4 contract sales agents, 4 dispatchers, 1
service marketing manager, 2 regional service managers and 40+ field service engineers. Controlled $10M budget and oversaw 400+
outsourced providers across North America.
EARLY CAREER
Held various roles at Mettler Toledo including Americas, Asia/Pacific Service Leader and Global Service Sales and Marketing Leader.
Grew revenue from $190M to $300 while achieving 20% margin growth over 2 consecutive years while leading $116M OEM service
business in Americas and Asia/Pacific regions as well as global service sales & marketing. Developed a new consultative, value based
sales process and tools; delivering sales. pricing and negotiation training for staff in 20 countries.

Served as IBM Facility Operations Portfolio Manager at Grubb & Ellis in Ohio, Texas and Illinois, overseeing organizations comprised
of 100+ employees with $10M+ annual budgets. Sustained zero downtime, managing critical data centers in multiple states with
$1M/minute contractual uptime penalties.
Held various roles in Human Resources and the Global Service Organization for ABB Industrial Systems, supporting 28 countries.
