MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

TO FILE POSITION PAPER

Respondents, by undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable

Office most respectfulty state, that:

1. Hereln Respondents have just retained the services of

undersigned counsel to represent them in the above-entitted case,

yesterday, 15 August 2016. However, the 15-day reglementary period

within which to fite Respondents'Position Paper explres on 16 August

2416;

2. Due to the current outstanding commitments of the

undersigned counsel and hearings on equally important cases, the

underslgned counsel requests for an extenslon of FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from

16 August 2016, within which to prepare and fite Respondents' position

paper;

3. Furthermore, this Motion is not lntended to delay the

early disposition of the instant case, but sotety on account of the above-

stated reasons.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, herein Respondents, most

respectfutty prayed of this Honorable Office that they be given an

EXTENSION of fifteen (15) days from 16 August 2016, or up to 31 August

2016, within which, to file their position paper.

Other just and equitabte retief under the premises ls tikewise prayed
