On the other hand, the positive feature that GEMS Westminster school applied for science is they
employed various experienced teachers, and they gave them different duties. For example, the
head of science teacher role to divide the works between teachers and gather for checking, while
the teachers are split into two groups the first are responsible for laboratory and the second group
are responsible for the regular science classroom. In my perspective, following this approach will
establish a cooperative learning environment and will immensely build an active relationship
with colleagues.
All in all, I enjoyed exploring my new school, and I had a beneficial conversation with stuff
there. Moreover, I did this task during my very first training week which was a great beginning
for me to meet school-teachers and know more about school spots.
