SALES MANAGER

Key Tasks:
As a Senior Educational Consultant (Sales Manager), you will assist the
Center Director (CD) and help manage a group of 8-10 Educational
Consultants (EC).
Train and coach fellow ECs on sales training skills, including
SOP processes and proper follow-up techniques
Provide ongoing support to other ECs through hosting training
workshops
Achieve individual sales targets and team sales targets; ensure the
team meets performance deadlines and follows Center guidelines
Achieve individual service targets and team service targets
Create a trusting working environment: motivate others to achieve
excellent performance; understand other ECs' strengths, weaknesses, and
needs; recognize and rewards good performances
Contribute to the success of the center by sharing ideas, innovative
business concepts and techniques in formal and informal meetings with
peers and CD
Provides status reports to the Center Director
Act as a role model in all manners of an EC

Job Requirements
1. University Degree
2. Fluency in English
3. Completed a minimum of 1 to 2 year in a similar sales role (Sales
Supervisor, Captain, Key Account Executive) or was a successful Educational
Consultant (i.e. achieved personal sales target, led other
ECs through assigned projects, etc.)
4. Deliver high quality sales presentations that do not overpromise or
misrepresent VUS
5. Deliver high quality student follow up with consistent record-keeping
6. Have a passion for both sales and education
7. Show a strong desire to grow, improve, learn
8. Female with nice appearance.
