Genetic Experiment:

Live six times more in humans

In United States of America, in a university in south of California and in London, many

scientists develop a new experiment, one of the scientists that work in the new experiment
was Valter Longo, and the experiment is about manipulate the gel responsible of the time
you get older or the time of growing up of human beings, so the experiment is about some
organisms that can live six times more than the common rage of live, they try with some
animals and some organisms, they take 2 genes very important for the development: Sir2
and SCH9, they changed the body get in extremely survival condition but the body negate
all type of food, the organisms that they manipulate grow up slowly, and showing slowly
the signs of old age, and they get stronger and be able to repair the genetic defects that
come in the older age, than other organisms without the experiment, they have doing the
experiment with simple animals like rats and others little and simple organisms, now they
scientist are experimenting, to makes that the humans can use the new experiment without
negating the food.

Of this new experiment I think that have many advantages, but also many disadvantage;
I almost total disagree with this new experiment because, I think that we give great
importance to the body and all physical characteristics, and what is more important in life is
how you live the life. Also the old age is not bad at all also have beautiful things like in all
stages of the life. God select a specific time in earth for each one of us, and create our body
to grow up normally in a certain time, and if they alter the time of growing up, we are like
altering the cycle of life and time of the normal life, and also if the body negate all type of
food, how we will going to survive, we would die faster than without the new experiment
alter, so with all those reasons is obviously that I disagree with the new experiment but is a
very good advanced for technology and genetics.
In conclusion with this new experiment they open the possibilities to be able to cure so
many diseases in the genes and also to alter other things to make the life be better for all
humans, is better that the scientists do not care so much about the body and our physical
characteristics and care more about of the diseases that age bring to all people, but also I
think that the anti-aging does not get with genetic experiments and altering things in our
body and things like that, the anti-aging can be get, by being happy and be active during all
life, is more a situation of our soul, our spirit and not in our body and how it looks, being
active, be happy, having fun almost all the time is the better anti-aging that we can choose,
is better than doing experiments in our genes and body that can bring bad consequences in
the future.

Well of this new project, I think that is an unethical project because experimenting with
human genes is a very unethical act, also is prohibited to experimentalise with humans
genes, and to alter any part of our body, only to live six times more than the common, and
what I said in the second paragraph, that experiment is almost only for fancy or a caprice,
and if is only a caprice is very unethical to make that new experiment, the scientists should
think about, what does the ethic means for they, or which values of life does they have, to
think about the ethic in their new experiment, if they consider that their new experiment is
ethic for they and the rest of the people, and if they can reflect about it.
