When classes are over earlier than schedule, I keep studying until
scheduled time. I will manage time wisely.
Taking a break after dinner shortens within 30 minutes. I do not waste time.
Evaluation
I usually either read handouts or check vocabulary in a bus, however, when I feel motion sickness or tired, I did not do it. Although I
continued to study after a class was over earlier, I struggled to keep concentration. It was hard to shift a mode to study after dinner because I was
relaxed during the dinner. When there is no test or dead line for assignment in a week, I took a break more than 30 minutes. Overall, I spent more
time for self-study than in the first semester. I need to push myself to study even when I feel like being relaxation.

Through this semester, I learned new medical terminology. I found that using the terminology again and again is important to remember
it. I experienced that I have studied a word but I do not recall the vocabulary. On the other hand, I obtain other terminology that I used many times
and, I became familiar to the words. I have to keep learning and reviewing medical terminology.

In class, I learned head to assessment. Compared to this, in clinical setting, assessment is not required to test all functions of
the body. I have to assess what parts of body is need to be focused. It is related to medical conditions, medication and acute symptoms.
Some equipment is necessary to carry out assessment, and, some clients have difficulty to be cooperative. Therefore, I was careful for
using the equipment correctly. I explained my clients what we would do or why it needed. Especially for elderly, they have many
health histories that tend to affect other health conditions. I understand that I need to consider the connections while the assessment.
Even though they are diagnosed the same disease, their manifestations are often different. I need to keep practice it.
