On or about March29,201l, within the District of Columbia MIA K. HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Everett, using a deadly ard dangerous weapon, to wit, an automobile, did

unlawfully, knowingly and intentionally forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate and

interfere with Officer Piene, an officer or employee of the United States Government, as

designated in Section 1l 14 ofTitle 18, United States Code, while said ofticer, was engaged in the

performance of his official duties.

Title I 8, United States Code, Section I I I (a)(1) and (b))

On or about March29,20ll,wlthin the District of Columbia, MIA K, HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Everett, using a deadly and dangerous weapon, to wit, an automobile, did

unlawfully, knowingly and intentionally forcib.ly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, and

interfere with Officer J. Greene and other officers of the United States Capitol Police, officers or

employees of the United States Government, as designated in Section I I 14 of Title 18, United

States Code, while said officers, were engaged in the performance oftheir official duties.

COUNT THREE

On or about March 29,2017, within the District of Columbi4 MIA K. HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Everett, using a deadly and dangerous weapon, to wit, an automobile, did

unlawfully, knowingly and intentionally forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, and

interfere with Officer Ruiz, an ollcer or employee of the United Stales Govemment, as desigrated

in Scction 11 14 ofTitle 18, Unitcd Statcs Codc, whilc said ofEccr, rvas engaged in the performanoe

ofhis official duties.

COUNT FOUR

On or about March29,2017,within the District of Columbia, MIA K. HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Evcrett, while operating a motor vehicle, did knowingly fail and refuse to

bring that motor vehicle to an immediate stop, and did attempt to elude law enforcement officers,

following law enforcement officers' signal to bring the motor vehicle to a stop and operated the

motor vehicle in a manner that would constitute reckless driving.

CJOUNT FIVE

On or about March 29, 201 7, within the District of Columbia, MIA K. HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Everctt, using a deadly and dangerous weapon, to wit, an automobile, did

unlawt'ully, knowingly and intentionally forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intirnidate, and

interfere with Officer Riley and other officers of the United States Capitol Police, oflicers or

employees of the United States Covemment, as designated in Section I 114 of Title 18, United

States Code. while said officers, were engaged in the performaace of their official duties.

COUNTSIx

On or about March29,2011. w'ithin the District of Columbia, MIA K. HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelte Everett, wilfully did damage property of the United States, which had been

manufactured and constructed tbr the United States, that is, a United States Capitol Police car,

thereby causing damage to such property in excess of$i000

CoUNT SEVEN

On or about March29,201 7, within the District of Columbia, MIA K. HILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Everett, did operate a motor vehicle upon a highway carelessly and heedlessly

in willful and wanton disregard of the rights and safety of others and without the caution and

circumspection and at a speed and in a manner so as to endanger and be likely to endanger persons

and property.

 COUNT EIGHT

On or about March 29, 2017, within the District of Columbia, IVIIA K. I{ILL, also known

as Taleah Michelle Everett, nraliciously did injure, break and destroy certain property, that is, a

Toyota Camry, property of Chidi Ezenwa, causing damage in lhe amount less than $1000.
