1.0 Introduction:

All India T-20 cricket tournaments is being organized on our newly constructed
international standard cricket ground having lush green out field with turf
wickets. It is proposed to call selected sixteen (16) cricket teams, preferably state
board teams or teams from reputed clubs from all corners of India probably one
team from one state of India to make it truly national level tournament. However,
from Maharashtra being home state, more than one team may be called to
participate from Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Local team from Buldana District.
The sixteen teams will be divided into four (4) zones A, B, C, and D. Matches will
be played among the 16 teams on league- cum- knockout basis as per schedule
given in Section 1.1 . The winning and runner-up teams will be awarded cash prize
of Rs. 1 lack and Rs 71 thousand respectively along with trophies. In addition to
this, man of the match (Rs. 500/-) and man of the series (Rs. 5000/-) cash prizes
for the players will be awarded.

1.2 Venue:

All the matches will be played at New-Cricket Ground- Shri Sant Gajanan
Maharaj College of Engineering (S.S.G.M.C.E.), Shegaon as per schedule given in
section 1.1

1.2.2 How to Reach Shegaon

In Maharashtra State, the holy town Shegaon is in Buldana district

located 16 kms away from NH-6 (Via-Khamgaon). Nearrest airport
are Nagpur and Aurangabad at 5 hours distance. It is well connected
to almost all the places by road, railways and by air. Shegaon is B-
class station of central railway located on Mumbai- Nagpur track
where almost all the trains have halt at shegaon (with the exception
of superfast trains like Okhapuri, Prerana and delux Dnyaneshwari).
But almost all trains stops at Akola and Bhusaval railway station
which are very near to Shegaon.

Air Route : -

Delhi - Mumbai - Aurangabad, Banglore- Mumbai-Aurangabad (nearest airport)

Shegaon is 225 Kms. (About 4-hours by road journey from Aurangabad)
Delhi-Nagpur,Chennai-Nagpur and Kolkata- Nagpur.Shegaon is 300 Kms.
(About 6 hours by road or 4.30 hours trains journey from Nagpur)

Railway Route :-

Delhi- Bhusawal and Banglore- Bhusawal; Shegaon is 120 Kms. About 3 hours
road or trains journey from Bhusawal
Mumbai- Bhusawal - Shegaon (towards Nagpur).
Kolkatta- Nagpur- Shegaon (towards Mumbai/Ahmedabad)
Chennai-Nagpur-Shegaon (towards Mumbai/Ahmedabad)

Road Route:-

Bhusawal Shegaon (120 Kms 3 hours journey)

Aurangabad-Shegaon (225Kms 4 hours journey)
Nagpur-Shegaon (300 Kms 6 hours journey)

1.3 Registration Process :

Team should register on or before 20th November 2015 by paying non-

refundable registration fees Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) which includes
lodging and boarding of team along with dress kit. The registration fees

1.4 Points to be noted :

1 All the matches will be played as per existing international rules applicable to
T20 cricket.

2 The sixteen teams will be divided into four (4) groups A, B, C, and D. Matches
will be played among the 16 teams on league- cum- knockout basis as per
schedule given in Section 1.1. Team groups will be decided by the organizers
and same will be conveyed to the team management.

3 Best team which tops the group with highest points will enter into semi-finals.
In case of tie with points, average will be considered as per international
norms to take the best team out. In case of non playing conditions points will
be equally divided between the teams.

4 No travelling expenses of any kind will be given to the teams. In order to avoid
any kind of inconvenience, teams are advised to plan their travel at their own
as per schedule given in section 1.1. The loosing team will have to vacate the
hostel immediately once the group matches are cleared.

5 Team should include 15 players and 3 officials. More than 18 persons will not
be entertained.

6 The team will be accommodated in two to three seated hostel rooms at

S.S.G.M. College of Engineering, Shegaon.

7 Breakfast/lunch/dinner will be provided strictly in the said timings only. Only
vegetarian food will be provided to the teams. Non-vegetarian and outside
eating are not allowed in the residential campus. However, team can take
meals in outside hotels at their own expenses. Team management has to
intimate such outing to the chief-coordinator in advance.

8 Residential Campus and tournament venue is smoke and liquor free and
nobody is allowed to smoke and consume liquor or any kind of
alcoholic/objectionable drink in the campus.

9 Dress kit will be provided from the organizers to 15 players only. The size of
the kit for individual players should properly filled by the team management in
the registration form. Dress Kit will not be exchanged thereafter. The Dress kit
color and back number will be decided by the organizers and shall be binding
to the team management.

10 Morning match will start at 9.00am and afternoon match at 2.00pm. Team
must report to ground at least one (1) hour before the schedule time. Coin will
be tossed at half an hour before the start of match. Every team has to follow
the bowling/bating timings during the match. Bowling team has to finish the
20 over within the stipulated time; otherwise penalty will be imposed by the
standing umpires.

11 Abusing, teasing and provoking the opponents players may lead the defaulter
player/team to leave the match/tournament. Match referee along with the
standing umpires will look into the matter.

12 Other important rules are given in Appendix-A

13 In case of any disputes both during and off the matches, decision of executive
organizing committee will be final and binding to all.
