We have traditionally followed an ODC model where most of our employees work out of Wipro facilities;
however some accounts may require employees to report to a local client office for a sufficiently long
period of time. Due to such work arrangement, these employees have limited or no access to amenities
provided at Wipro locations. This policy is designed to support such employees.
