1.0 MHK SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLY

MHK's Scope of Work shall include the following primarily to cater to the System Components covered
under MHK portion:
1. Design and engineering including:
a) Process Flow sheet
b) Layout
c) Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation PID
d) Equipment, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation Specifications
2. Supply of Plant Operating and Maintenance Manual
3. Supply of all Mechanicals equipments / items, Instruments, Automation etc. as detailed in the
Technical Specifications.

2.0 EXCLUSIONS FROM THE SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLY

1. Civil Works, technical and feed water Investigation. The feed water analysis shall be offered by the buyer.
2. Re-use of RO Permeate.
3. Disposal of RO rejects/backwash water.
4. Any Water storage tank not shown above.
5. Incoming Electric/Control power supply, UPS etc. as required
6. Any other work / activity and/or item not specifically covered or included in this Proposal.
7. Loading/ uploading equipment at site
8. Equipment warehousing
9. Any Customs or Sales tax.
10. Any equipment not mentioned in our scope of work.
11. Erection & commissioning
12. Chemicals

3.0 OTHER COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Validity : The validity shall be 30 days from the date of quote.
2.Shipment: The products shall be shipped out within one month after the products get ready, Otherwise,
a warehouse fee of USD50.00 per day will be charged starting from the formal products ready notice day.
