Dear Shareholders, Chairman, Board of Directors and Associates of

Moschip,
It gives me a great pleasure and honour to be the CEO of this great Company. I am
as excited as I was a year ago, when I was invited to be a member of Board of
Directors. I knew that this Company had lot of potential to grow and contribute a lot to
this world. I believed, this is the best place to Dream, Inspire and Innovate.
It is an honour, to lead your Company and be part of Technological Innovations in IOT
application driven semiconductor industry. Over the years, Mr. Ram Chandra Reddy
has contributed immeasurably to MosChip, and on behalf of the Board and
management team, I sincerely thank him for his tireless efforts toward building the
business that we have today. Ram has done a great job in shaping the Company from
inception with just about 8 Engineers to first Publicly listed fabless Company to the
stage where we are in now with more than 350 associates. Again, I would like to
sincerely thank Ram for his monumental efforts over the last 17 years to establish
Moschip as a brand and symbol of Semiconductor design and development in India.
Ram has helped us move MosChip forward with a clear strategy, new external talent
and an intensive focus on diversity and leadership. With the support of Shareholders,
Board and Associates, I will strive hard to continue Rams legacy and steer Moschip
in a sustained growth mode, in the backdrop of dynamically changing technical
landscape, very fast growing IOT/Systems business and the robust growth of the
company. I look forward to the guidance and support of Ram as Chairman, for many
years to come.
With my deep involvement in the company over the last one year, I am very confident
to deliver the continuous growth of the company, thus creating value to all
Shareholders, Clients, Associates and Partners of the company. I am very proud to
say that we have a very strong and highly motivated associates and management
team to help achieve the goals and deliver the value to our stakeholders. You are all
part of our success story and the rapid growth that we have achieved, particularly
during the last one year.
In a short period of twelve months, MosChip successfully achieved following and set
the company in a growth path.
Clear strategy for growth with four business units (Semiconductor, IOT,
Systems and IP)
Established strong management team and increased the associates strength
to 350+ across Milpitas, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune
Established a robust Business Development teams across India, US, Europe
and APAC

Successfully acquired four companies adding capabilities in

Digital/Analog/Mixed Signal Verification, Systems & Board development and
end to end IoT/E implementations
Consistent QoQ revenue growth (100%) for the quarters starting April 2016 till
Dec 2016.
All the three quarters are consistently profitable (EBITA and Net Profit)

This is an important time for MosChip and also for the Industry where, Technology and
Innovation alone drive success. Our aim is to strengthen our capabilities across all
our business units. We must establish ourselves as a leader in all of our business
units from Chip Design to Analytics. Quality Service and on-time delivery is only
respected by our clients. The contribution made by each one of you in quality delivery
is amazing. Our Company is well respected in the market for the knowledge, quality
and efficiency of our Associates.
As a growth strategy, we have defined four Business Units. We have highly qualified
leaders to drive each Business Unit. Each leader has a clear understanding of their
respective area.
We clearly see that our strategy to grow the company with four business units is
working with our recent wins in all the business units and feel strongly that IOT and
Systems business units will help to grow the company in coming years. I will be based
out of Singapore and the Middle East and continue to focus more aggressively on the
overseas business in line with our strategy.
Coupled with a strong list of clients and complete product development, and life cycle
management/solution, single point of accountability for (System Development)
hardware, software, QA/testing & Sustenance Engineering capabilities, our
Semiconductor business unit is equipped to undertake any size project, scale and
complexity.
With the existing robust capabilities in Smart Cities and M2M areas of IOT and strong
product set in Systems business Unit, we are gaining more orders from clients across
the globe. We are exploring to invest more in these business units to expand capacity,
develop new solutions and products to meet the growing demand from our clients.
Many of you may be wondering what makes me to stand before you to lead this great
Company from front as CEO. I am very fortunate to be at this position. I come from
a very humble background of farmers family from a small village near Khammam,
Telangana. Like many of you, I came to a big city some 25 years ago to pursue my
dreams. I had a clear vision of shaping my career in Commerce and acquired
professional qualifications CA and ICWAI. After working in the Finance & Treasury
Departments in middle management level, I had a feeling that to make a difference,
career in Computers and the Technology is the best career option. I have served in
some of the Fortune 500 Companies and also the Big Four Audit firms on IT services
side.

In 2004 I co-founded Techwave with my wife and brother, an IT System Integration

and Services Company in our apartment in New Jersey, USA and grew it to a global
System Integrator with multiple offerings spread across the globe. This is where the
support of family and friends makes lot of difference. I am 45 years old, married for
20 years and have two beautiful daughters. Reading books is one of my hobbies.
Driving bikes and sports vehicles is my passion. Learning Technology is a daily
routine. Interacting with young people inspires me to excel. I say all this with
confidence since I believe that there is no alternative to hard work.
All your suggestions are valuable to me. Any ideas on technology and innovation are
always welcome. Let us all be very responsible, ethical and professional in our
approach towards our colleagues, clients and society at large as a family member of
MosChip. I firmly believe that it is this collective team, around the world, that makes
our mission a reality.
I believe in working together as a Team. I solicit your cooperation in taking forward
