statement along with copy of divorce deed. The defendant

resent in court also pronounced three Talak to the Plaintiff.

2. The case of the plaintiff is dissolution of marriage on the

ground of Khulla and in view of the three Talak uttered by the

defendant the suit of the plaintiff has become infructuous and

same is disposed of accordingly, with no order as to cost.
