Regeneration particulate filter (DPF).

NOTE: This procedure is performed only if the procedure described in the user manual of
the car does not work!

Tested on 140 hp 2.0 TDI engine.

Put the ignition, engine running water over 50 degrees (see Temperature Measuring
Blocks channel 002, field no. 4)

DPF values to follow in Measuring Blocks channel 075, box no. 3. If the load value is
above specs (from box No. 2), the filter must be replaced, otherwise it can crack during
regeneration.

Consumers attach electrical and mechanical engine can be started (incalizre seats,
climate, lighting, etc etc)

EGT's (exhaust gas turbine AHEAD) to be above 700 C before starting the test.

Meanings:
Box No. 070 Canal. 1: Regeneration status (active Regeneration xxxxxxx1 = Normal,
Forced Regeneration xxxxxx1x = active)
Box No. 070 Canal. 3: Regeneration Counter / Timer Duration
Box No. 075 Canal. 1: EGT before turbo
Box No. 075 Canal. 2: EGT before Particle Filter
075 Canal box 3: Charge Particle Filter - Particle Filter Load
075 Canal box 4: EGT by Particle Filter

Turn and follow the above mentioned values.

The car runs 30-60 km / h - at 1500-2500 rpm, duration approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Particle
Filter Load driving until it becomes closer to 0% (but in the mentioned period).

If the values do not decrease when driving conditions are not appropriate with the data
here or your engine has mechanical or electronic problem (valves, cam, overhead cam,
injectors, compression - or flow meter, water sensors, actuators turbo / EGR)

I played myself in the summer than the alarm and they consider two types of tones are
grouped in bits 0 and 2 (more or less resembles the alarm) and bits 1 and 3 (cheep) and if
I remember correctly, the two groups of sounds on bits 1 and 3 is heard louder.
