MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the undersigned Assistant Provincial

Prosecutor and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully
alleges:

1. That the above-entitled cases are set for hearing on May

20, 2015 at 8:30 oclock in the morning;

2. That however on the said date and time the undersigned

is scheduled to appear at the 6 th Municipal Circuit Trial
Court of Pandan-Libertad- Caluya, Station at Pandan,
Antique;

3. That the hearing in the 6th MCTC, Pandan, Antique is every

last Wednesday of the month, that however on May 27,
2015 which happened to be the schedule of hearing in the
 said court the same was moved back to May 20, 2015
due to the conflict of the personal commitment of the
Presiding Judge;

4. That this Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings

of the above-entitled cases but for reasons above-stated.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned most

respectfully pray before this Honorable Court that the
hearing of the above-entitled cases be reset to another date in a
calendar most convenient of this Honorable Court.
