A Realty Group Co. engaged in Realestate business.
Designation Collection Officer (At present Project such as Srijan
Midlands -308 Flats, Rajarhat -80 Flat, Sonarpur- 168 Flats,
Burdwan – 42 Flats are handled by me)
• All Post Sale activity after Booking till Handover of the Project (some of them are summarized
below)
• Coordinates with legal department to ensure the formation of agreement draft (done once for each
project)
• Receives relevant papers like land deeds, sanction plans, mutation certificate, PCB, development
agreement, power of attorney, conversion certificate(if required) etc. from legal department
• Ensures preparation of legal kit with checklist.
• Coordinates with pre selected banks, discusses project with them, gives them legal kit with
covering letter.
• Coordinates with legal department for preparing all legal papers related to Loan disbursal.
• Preparation of all correspondence related to project i.e Demand Letter, Interest Letter etc.
• Ensures preparation of formats like Notice of possession, indemnity, bond for sale sand service
tax, customer satisfaction letter and handover letter .
• Ensures customer receipt of possession letter with keys
• Ensures car parking allocations before hand over
• Coordinate with Directors legal department to prepare draft copy of conveyance deed
• Coordinates with solicitor office (through legal department), land owners, customer to fix date for
registration (done in phases for all customers)
• Completes conveyance and registry in front of registrar
• For all customers who have taken bank loan, intimate bank for registry and after registry, IGR and
deed is sent to bank with covering letter after getting customer consent

The Saraf group has under its cover many companies, trusts and family files whose accounts are prepared
by me under the guidance of a chartered accountant. All banking transactions, day to day correspondence
and investment related paper works are handled by me. Entry of accounting data of around twenty
accounts in Tally is being regularly done by me. I also report to the top level management certain reports
in the excel format at regular intervals which is helpful in taking financial decisions by them.
