5. Known Issues
Database operation error "Selected Directory isn't local" (solution in AxtraxNG Readme file)
Serial connection problems are possible on a computer with COM-port on PCI-card
Tree View reports shows wrong data grid upon rapid mouse click presses
On Reports grid, double-clicking the row and deleting report from the grid does not work
Wrong pop-up window size on Windows Vista
On panel state boot loader without Firmware no communication on speed 115200 on TCP/IP
ViTrax Camera Archive records Audio is not recorded in some cases
ViTrax Cameras PTZ functions do not work properly on Vivotek PT7135 and PT7137 cameras
GUI sometimes crashes if Windows installation was not clean or on 100% CPU resources state
