About our Retainers!
ISIMO provides website development retainer packages to help with your needs.

All of our retainer packages include the following:

• Immediate 24 hour response to all updates. (Except Sat/Sun)

• Labour rate fixed at your monthly subscription cost per hour.

Why would I want a retainer package? Can’t I just call you up and get the changes done?

Yes and No! ISIMO services many clients throughout the United Kingdom.

As a result, we cannot service all of our clients 100% of the time without conflicting with other client schedules. Thus,

we created our Retainer Packages so we can give more attention and priority to clients under retainer. Therefore,

when you have a retainer account, your work goes to the top of our schedule and is completed first, ahead of other

clients. This gives you the assurance that any critical problems and issues posted on your site will be dealt with in

according to your scheduling needs and requirements.

As an additional benefit, our retainer clients get a labour rate fixed at their monthly subscription cost per hour for all

work above and beyond their specified time allotment.

Can I accrue my time and use all at once?

Unfortunately, no. In order to keep our client schedules streamlined and efficient, we require that you use your minutes

each month. We cannot allow you to accrue your minutes and use all at once as that would create a time bottleneck

and possible interfere with other client schedules. Therefore, if you do not use your minutes each month, you will loose

them.

Bronze package £110 per month

Your subscription will give you 120 minutes (0.5 days) of monthly development updates for your website only.
Thereafter your allocated development minutes your labour rate will be fixed at £55 per hour.

Silver package £200 per month

Your subscription will give you 240 minutes (0.5 days) of monthly development updates for your website only.
Thereafter your allocated development minutes your labour rate will be fixed at £50 per hour.

Gold package £360 per month

Your subscription will give you 480 minutes (1 day) of monthly development updates for your website only.
Thereafter your allocated development minutes your labour rate will be fixed at £45 per hour.

Platinum package £640 per month

Your subscription will give you 960 minutes (2 days) of monthly development updates for your website only.
Thereafter your allocated development minutes your labour rate will be fixed at £40 per hour.
