REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2010-001

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF REGULATION ORDINANCE
NO. 2009-362 "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SEVENTY PERCENT (70%)
AMNESTY ON SELECTED TRICYCLE AND TRISIKAD REGULATORY FEES
FOR DELINQUENT TRICYCLES AND TRISIKADS FOR THE MONTH OF
DECEMBER, 2009"

Councilor Eduardo L. Peftaredondo, seconded Lyndon V. Acap

WHEREAS, Regulation Ordinance No. 2009-362 designated the month of December

2009 as Amnesty Month for all delinquent tricycles and trisikads and bicycles in the City of
Iloilo;

WHEREAS, the period of amnesty was not able to accommodate those who were
interested to avail due to the long holiday.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of

Iloilo, that:

Section 1. - The period of amnesty as provided for under Section 1 of Regulation

Ordinance No. 2009-362 is hereby extended until February 15, 2010;

Section 2. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
