APPLICATION: Reinstatement of proceedings; termination

ORDER:

In a decision dated July 23, 2015, this Board ordered the proceedings in this case
administratively closed. Now, the respondent has filed a motion to reinstate and terminate these
removal proceedings as a result of an approved Form 1-601A Application for Provisional
Unlawful Presence:! Waiver. The Department of Homeland Security ("OHS") has not filed an
opposition to this motion, and thus it is deemed unopposed. 8 C.F.R. 1003.2(g)(3).
Considering the circumstances presented, the unopposed motion will be granted.

FURTHER ORDER: The Board's July 23, 2015, decision is hereby vacated.

FURTHER ORDER: These proceedings are reinstated and terminated without prejudice.
