plan. Redesigned technology policies, boosted scalability, and devised bridge tactics to meet existing business requirements.
IT Reorganization: Instituted first-ever Project Management Office, restructured department, and realigned operations in the
midst of post-merger fixes to segmentation and silo application development delivery.
