DETAILED DIRECTION FOR USE:

I. THERAPY ON STABILIZING BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL (HERBAL ANTI DIABETIC

CAPSULE BP100 or BP100-M)

1. HERBAL ANTI DIABETIC CAPSULE BP100:

For diabetic patients who have long-term problems and unstable blood sugar level in spite of using
Western drugs

Requirements: HERBAL ANTI DIABETIC CAPSULE BP100 has various components extracted from
medicinal plants which may strongly reduce blood sugar levels. Therefore, patients should be equipped
with a home blood glucose meter in order to control their sugar levels, remove/reduce Western drugs,
remove/reduce proper injection, as well as gradually decrease the dosage from using HERBAL ANTI
DIABETIC CAPSULES for balacing the blood sugar levels, avoiding higher increase or lower decrease.

Time for taking drugs: 2 times a day after breakfast and dinner for about 30 minutes.

Procedure as follows:

1. Using Herbal Anti Diabetic Tablets Combined With Western Drugs. Using 7 tablets per time after
meals. Depending on each person's physiology, the blood sugar index should be regulated properly. If
the blood sugar level decreases quickly, please gradually lower oral dosage.

2. After stabilizing, Western Drugs (oral and injection) should be gradually reduced, oral administration
should be gradually reduced then to injection administration (if any)
3. After using for 01 week, if your blood sugar level is not reduced, it is possible to increase up to 7
tablets per time - 3 times a day, or 10 tablets/times - 3 times a day.
4. When your blood sugar is gradually stabilized, Western Drugs are not necessary, it is possible to
reduce oral dosage from 5 tablets -> 4 tablets -> 3 tablets -> 2 tablets per time.

2. HERBAL ANTI DIABETIC CAPSULE BP100-M:

For diabetic patients with mild to moderate symptoms, or stable condition by using Western Drugs
or not

Using 2 tablets per time, 3 times a day after meals. A 70kg patient should use 3 tablets per time.

II. THERAPY ON NOURISHMENT AND RECOVERY TO HELP BALANCING YOUR BLOOD

SUGAR NATURALLY

How to drink: When blood sugar level is stabilized, it is possible to combine with the HERBAL ANTI
DIABETIC CAPSULE BP200 to help stabilize your blood sugar and produce insulin naturally in your
body for long periods (not using more in case of stopping for a while)

Note: Using Herbal Anti Diabetic Capsule BP200 is "optional", you can use or not, depending on your
economic conditions (due to its nourishment and recovery which are main components, the usage time
shall be slightly longer and lower)

Using combined with HERBAL ANTI DIABETIC CAPSULE BP100 or BP100-M

Taking 20-30 tablets per time, 2 times a day before breakfast and dinner for around 30 minutes. A box
may be used for 15-20 days (over 800 tablets).

Typically after using for 3-4 months or more (Outcome may vary depending on each person's physiology,
mild to severity level), possible long-term effect shall be appeared. Anyone with improved economic
conditions should use for long term because Herbal Anti Diabetic Capsule BP200 is a tonic, using it on
a regular schedule may help the liver, kidneys, pancreas more healthy and increase your body's resistance.

After disease is completely stable, it is possible to maintain using HERBAL ANTI DIABETIC
CAPSULE BP100 or BP100-M with low dosage at a cost of around 10,000 - 20,000 VND/day in order

3. GUIDE TO HEALTHY EATING AND LIVING:

- Restrict from eating a lot of carbohydrates, do not use the products that allow our body to absorb
directly sugars such as soft drinks, sugarcane juice, milk etc. (Excessive abstinence is unnecessary)

- Eat slowly, chew carefully on time so that your body can familiar with the insulin secretion and regulate
your blood sugar levels in a reasonable manner (eg if today you enjoy your lunch in 12pm , you should
also eat around that time in the next day) . Keep in mind eating slowly and chewing carefully.

- For fats and proteins, priority should be given to the fats and proteins from plant sources other than
animal sources.

- Fresh and natural foods less affected by processing should be given priority, they are better than pre-
cooked food, industrial preparations.

- Restrict from the industrially packaged and prepared foods such as biscuits, sauces, jams, breads,
noodles, sausages, and industrial packaging supplies.

- 30 minutes to 1 hour of exercise in a day is necessary for everyone, and it is especially important for
