Vendor Space: Each booth includes one 6-ft. table, and two chairs. These amenities are limited and are
available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If these costs are prohibitive for any reason, please contact us. We are open to
negotiating in-kind contrubutions. Fees are non-refundable.

Micro Business (0-5 employees) $100.00
Small Business (6-99 employees) $130.00
Medium-Sized Business (100-499 employees) $160.00
Large Corporate Business (500 + employees) $300.00

at Memorial Park (across from Tom Davies Square) Sudbury.

*I agree to have my booth set up by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event, or my spot may be given away. I
understand it is my responsibility to bring my own accessories to the event (i.e., extension cords, money for
a float, tent if you have one, tarp in case of inclement weather.)
