March: 1st, I was designated as the district liaison to contact 3 different website 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d
hosts as possible sites for our entire district. During the dates listed I
completed the following for this activity:
- Reached out to our three-different website host preferences to set up a
conference date (1.5 hrs.)
-Completed conference calls and GoTo Meetings for the various
companies to provide information necessary for our conference
meeting (3 hrs.)
- Set meeting times and created the agenda (.5 hr.)
- Sent out the agenda for the day, requested professional leave, checked
the online calendars for all attendees, blocked off the calendar date and
sent invites (1 hr.)
-Created a district online notebook with the following components for
our three website preferences: (3 hrs.)

additional GoTo Meeting per company to answer any questions from
the group (1 hr.)
- Completed follow-up training through using the sandbox for our top
two choices for all media specialists, district technology coordinator,
and district classroom technology coach. (1.5 hr.)
