Introduction

The dairy farmers at Jabalpur are delighted as they are enjoying the benefits of
receiving eco-friendly power, energizing their homes and also experience a fresh,
clean and a healthy surrounding. Thanks to R D M care (India) Pvt. Ltd,anAyur
Herbals group, but for them, this would not be a reality. The farmers are greatly
indebted to them as they have initiated to take up Bio-mechanization project to
treat and recycle solid and liquid waste into organic manure and recover Biogas to
produce electricity at Jabalpur.

Biogas Plant

The plant is situated very close to the dairy farms, this has helped to utilize the huge
solid waste from the cattle and convert into useful energy. The plant has also helped
to prevent water pollution, which was otherwise polluted due to the disposal of
solid waste from dairies.
Success

Enerzea power solution supported and commissioned successfully 4x370KW, MTU

gas Generator sets at the site. The Biogas obtained from the Plant was used to drive
the Genset for generating Power. The Biogas Genset provided by Enerzea is highly
efficient and its runs effectually in the plant with a 100% load factor. With the 3
Gensets installed by Enerzea in the plant helped to successfully generate 1.2MW of
power. The power generated in the process was sent to a power grid and converted
into money or used to support operations of the plant.

Enerzea power solution by supplying good quality biogas Gensets to RDM care has
supported to produce Bio-friendly power at Jabalpur thereby promoting a green
environment and helped them to successfully export nearly 26640 Units/day to the
nearest government grid.

With this success, MTU Onsite and Enerzea has been recently awarded the EPC contract
for the upcoming 2.4 MW mutli-feedstock based biogas power project in Assam to
establish itself as a proven reliable and durable solution provider for biogas based as
power generation in India.
