Episerver Digital Experience Hub for Salesforce CRM automatically exports form data
from your website to your Salesforce databases by mapping Episerver form fields to Salesforce
database fields. This information can then be used to provide customized website visitor
experiences, personalized to their particular interest areas.
Maps the form fields to Salesforce objects, converting to native Salesforce objects
Calls the Salesforce API to create/update the native Salesforce objects
In the Episerver Connector, takes the id of the native Salesforce object and relates it to
the visitor who submitted the form.
Visitor group criteria are the basic building blocks of a visitor group, and each criterion
defines a condition that is evaluated to determine if a visitor is part of the visitor group. If a
sufficient number of criteria in a visitor group are fulfilled the visitor is considered a member of
that group.

Episerver form fields are mapped to Salesforce fields using a common forms interface in
the Episerver CMS. Once the database is specified, Salesforce field information is retrieved from
the proper database and each field is mapped. Any field can be mapped to any Episerver
field.
