they wander blindly

ones who obtain guidance it profited

their example their trade

he went with their light

they see like a heavy rain

they put lightening


their finger tips their ears

you all assist each other with the sin


the injustice as prisoners


you all ransom them one forbidden


their expulsion humiliation


it will be lightened they will be helped


We sent in succession the clear signs


We strengthened him with spirit


the pure it desires



you all acted proudly are covered/enwrapped


He cursed them so very ittle


they seek victory they recognized

one confirming so they returned

your covenant we have heard




they were made to drink

we have disobeyed

then you all wish ever


it sent ahead surely you will definitely find them


most greedy they associated partners with Allah

He loves he is granted life


in the least one that moves him away with permission


good news those who cross limits/disobey

they promised

he threw it

their backs

they followed kingdom


they teach the magic

a trial

they divide/separate

the man his wife

in the least ones who harm it profits them


any share

surely a big reward

pay attention to us

look at us

they shall wait menstrual courses

so he joined in love so you became


brothers edge/brink



of a pit so he saved you


they invite the good


they forbid it will become white


it becomes blackened so you all taste

you all be weak/lose heart you all grieve/ be sad

those who are superior it touches you


we give it by turns so that HE purifies/purges

HE wipes out/ effaces you all wish

Ones Godly/ones devoted to Rabb/large you make firm
bands/groups/ great numbers

he wants they weakened

they gave in our excesses


our feet then you will turn back


as losers We will soon cast/put


any authority their abode/place of refuge


is abode HE fulfilled/ HE made true to you


you were killing you showed weakness


he turned you away so that HE tests/tries you


you all were climbing you all turn back/look back


your behind so HE recompensed you


sorrow/distress it escaped you/ it passed away from you/
it slipped away from you

peace/ security

slumber

it made them anxious they think


they disclose surely went forth


their places of laying down they turned away


he caused them to slip fighters


a regret you all will be gathered


you were lenient


rude/harsh/rough

hard surely they would have dispersed/they
would have broken away

you consult them you resolved firmly

any one who overcomes he forsakes you

we give respite so that they increase


in sin humiliating/ disgraceful

they will soon be collared the Standing


inheritance Always all aware



poor are ones rich

you all will be given fully

so they threw it they rejoice

they are praised at all in a place of refuge/ success


all powerful alternation



the intellects while sitting


their sides they reflect


falsely/ in vain you enter/ admit


Your Glory/ Glory be to You You disgraced/ humiliated him

means of livelihood you all clothe them

maturity/ sound judgement then you all return


extravagantly hastily


so he should abstain He is sufficient


as account taker for the man

a portion he left


the closest relatives it was less


one ordained he was present

the ones needy

one that is approved ones weak



one straight/ correct

soon they will enter and burn in a blazing fire


he commands/ instructs you

you all know he is inherited


a person with no ascendants or
