I. INTRODUCTION

Information Technology (IT) has been popular in present times in our world. It is
the usage and application of different devices such as the computers to transmit, retrieve,
manipulate and process datas more context in the world of enterprise and business.
Through this Information Technology, it leads people to be familiarized and be interested
in programming.
Programming is done by the programmers in order for them to make a computer
programs, applications and others. Programming helps the individuals to develop their
different skills in understanding, analyzations, logically and other skills needed in
programming.
They need to code in order to make some programs that will help people as well
as to give entertainment. One of the products of this programming is a control system.
System is one of the commonly used by many people in the world because it was really
helpful and can support our day to day life because it can give us especially the business,
the information and efficiency with inventory. It can give the users informations and
some interactions between the costumers and system. System can help business even
small or big business because it was an easy way for accessing a business wherever you
are.
Through a sales and inventory system, transactions can be done and the data from
the customers can be seen. The goal of this system is to market the products, to uplift the
sales of the business, reduce the manual inventory in the business especially between the
owners and customers, to support the customers needs and to help in all areas in the
business.
Sales and inventory system is one of the system used by different business owners.
Most of the businesses usually have this system in order for an easy access of the
products in the business. This helps the owners in the business to manage their sales and
products without doing it manually.
Cellphone business sales and inventory system is one of the tool in order for the
owner to give security on their products status. No one can access their system unless the
authorized and have an existing account on the system. Powercore phone store is one of
the businesses that the researchers choose in order to help them to resolve their problems
connected to their sales and systems. They do not have any existing system that can help
and support their business.
The proponents have come up to a solution to create a sales and inventory system for
Powercore phone store. Thus, it will help the business to focus more on the other
activities needed in their business rather than making their sales ad inventory manually.

II. Objectives
The proponents now endorse our proposal which can help to implement good and
accurate system to the company. The proponents gave their best to satisfy the current
needs of the business by making a sales and inventory system that will help them in their
business. Develop and implement sales and inventory system for Powercore phone store
that will enhance the companys operation.
1. To develop and design a Sales and Inventory System for Powercore phone store that
will help and monitor their sales and inventory process to increase the efficiency and
productivity of the business.
2. To design and develop a module that will allow the user to maintain the users that
can access their system.The develop system has create account module so that the user
were able to add new accounts if they will hire an employee in the near future. The
family does not want anyone to be engage in their business but they have a plan to merge
their business to another branch, there is a chance that they will hire new employees.
3. To create a module that will show and monitor the availability of the products
without using manual counting. The developed system has an inventory module that
stores all the list of the products. The user is going to see what the products that do not
have stocks already are. To create a module that will help the user to add and delete the
products for maintenance.

III. Scope and Limitations

This created and designed system mainly focuses on the sales and inventory of the
products on Powercore phone store.

Scope
This system allows the user to be updated with the upcoming products and search for
their chosen products, and It also allows the costumers to see the list of the ordered
products. This allows the user to add new user, save and edit users in their system. There
are attributes needed like the full name, age, contact number and the position. This allows
the user to see the list of all the products they offer in their business. This system allows
the user to see the sales of their products if it is fast moving or slow moving. This module
allows the user to compute easily the amount of the products purchased by the customers.
They do not need manual computation to generate the total amount of money needed to
be pay.
Limitations
The developed system is exclusive for Powercore phone store only. The sales
and inventory system is implemented only for the Powercore phone store and all the
informations from it was only used for this system. This system does not generate
outputs and receipts. The reports from the sales and inventory of products are showed
only through accessing the system and cannot be printed out. Does not include online
transactions. The system was developed only for offline usage of the owners. Does not
include the delivery module. The system does not have the module that will show the
deliveries which indicates how many and what products are delivered from the supplier.
