DEED OF RELINQUISHMENT

This Deed of Relinquishment is made on the . day of

2017 at Mysore by, Secretory , Jnanaganga HBCS, #365, 10 th
Main Road, C Block, J.P. Nagara, Mysore-570008.
(hereinafter called the Relinquisher) of the ONE PART (Also hereinafter
called the 1st PARTY) do hereby agree to execute the Deed in favour of
GOVERNOR, GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA represented by
Commissioner of MUDA, Mysore (hereinafter called the Beneficiary
and also hereinafter called the 2nd Party) on the other part.

Where as the 1st Party, Secretory , Jnanaganga HBCS,


permitted to form the Layout in Survey No. 139/2A, 139/2B,
139/3, 140/1,2,3,4, 143/1A, 144/1, 145/2,3, 146/1A, 146/2A1,
147/1, 147/2B, 148/1, 148/3A1, 148/3A2, 148/3B, 149/1, 149/2,
150/1, 151/5, 180/7,8,9,11,12,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,
181/2,4,5,6, of Danagalli Village, Jayapura Hobli, Mysore in
an Total Extent of 47 Acres 25 Guntas as per the Authority
Resolution No. 19(Anexure (1)(18) Dated:- 10.11.2010. for the
purpose of formation of dwelling Unit sites. Vide Town Planning letter
No /Ai/s/..C/19 CAzs I (17)/10-

11 AP: 27.03.2017.

Whereas as per the letter of Town Planning, the 1 st Party after


distributing the sites amongst the Members, for construction of
Houses. The Open Spaces Roads, Parks, Public Utility Spa ces, C.A
Sites have to be handed over to the 2nd Party at free of cost.

Now the 1st Party i.e., Secretory, Jnanaganga HBCS, hereby


Relinquish and give up all their Rights, Title Interest and Claim
Whatsoever in respect of the following fully described and clearly
mentioned in the approved Plan which are as follows.

Which are all Civic amenities utilized and to be enjoyed by the


public in general.

Also the First Party hereby declare that the above mentioned
Amenities hereinafter shall be the absolute properties of the Second
Party and the Second Party are at liberty to put up any structure
necessary for the Public Utility, form Parks and Avenues etc., in the
given up area.

And Whereas, in respect of the above Amenities, the First Party


have completely relinquished all their rights, Title, interest and claims
over them thereby releasing the same in favor of the Second Party
and have conveyed the same to the Second Party, to hold exclusively
and absolutely as full Owner thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE FIRST PARTY RELINQUISHER have


set their hand to this Deed on the day, month and Year first written
above.
